I cannot find my manual and I need to change out my fuel filter. i can guess at the bleed off points but I would prefer to verify this.

First you want to get the housing full. Do that by not fully tightening the retaining ring then turn the valve on until it fills up then shut it off and tighten the ring and turn the valve back on. Then follow the feed hose to the injection pump. Where it goes into the pump there will be a double bolt. Loosen the top bolt until fuel comes out. Watch for the bubbles the disappear and tighten the bolt. Now you are ready to start the engine. It may flutter a bit at first but it will smooth out after a couple seconds. ....
