FEL whining TC25D

I tried to use the FEL on a TC25D to clear some snow last weekend. The tractor started right up, but the loader made a very loud whining noise and barely moved when the control lever was moved in any direction. Fluid level at the Transaxle was fine. (This is the same level used to operate the FEL, I think?) Any suggestions I even let the tractor warm up for a good 30 minutes with no improvement. Any suggestions?

If it was warm then it sounds like that there is a leaking o-ring. If it was below freezing then you might have moisture in your system amd your fluids would need to be changed. ....
