I have a Tz18da that is blowing white smoke and running rough any ideas.

Could be a couple of things.
One of the worst would be that you are getting coolant into the cylinders. This could be a bad gasket or a crack.
Another one could be the fuel system allowing uncombusted fuel to be blown ou the exhaust.
I would check your coolant level first, nad if OK I would add a Cetane booster to your fuel first to see if it improves. ....
