My 990 has been blowing the fuse that controls the starting system. I can replace the fuse and sometimes it will start and run for a couple hrs. Then shut down with a blown fuse. Am getting 21 ohms at fuel shut off solenoid. Could it be a failing time delay control module? Any help would be appreciated.

If you put the lights on while starting do they dim much, may be a short in the starter motor. ....
