Go Bottom7532 Transmission issue - anyone have experience

I have an 05 Cub 7532 hydrostatic.
The range select lever is not working. It was popping out of high, then when in a neutral location was in mid gear. Finally it stopped working at all and tractor appears to be in neutral. Took lever apart and shaft appears to be turning to inside of tranny. Anyone have expoerience with this? Any other reasons I may be missing that cause this problem?
