When rearing and turning left or right there is a strange sound or vibration. Is there a need to add or change rear end special oil?

I am assuming your term "Rearing", means backing up, I just hadn't heard that term before. If you haven't checked the fluid level in the rear differential, I would soon.
If that looks ok I would suspect a rear brake is dragging.
