16 1/2 acres....mostly open but about 5 acres with trees so thick u can hardly walk through there...we are currently clearing the treed area and cleared enuff to mow it and let the kids ride their 4 wheelers through there...we are in the proces of fencing it in and hope to run a few cows out there some day...just something to get the kids away from the t v and playstation and give em something outdoors to play with..
