Hi I am a new user of used 2002 TC45 tractor, I have never used the PTO and the three point hitch, but can't seem to get them to run, I pull the handle on the left for the PTO and nothing happens is the same with the three point hitch, I pull the lever and nothing happens, so I'm confused is there a fuse or something else that I'm missing. I was also told to adjust the knob under the seat rotated the knob with the turtle and the rabbit but have not had any results. Anyone have any idea's. Farmer Pete
