From the manual:<br>
<br>
Theory of Operation:<br>
Current flows from the battery through F1 fusible link (Red Wire) into the<br>
key switch. With key switch in the start position current<br>
flows through the key switch, through jumper 401 Yel/Red,<br>
then back through the key switch to the neutral start switch(Purple Wire).<br>
With transmission in neutral, current activates the starting<br>
motor solenoid.<br>
High current from the battery flows across the solenoid<br>
contacts to operate the starting motor.<br>

Dennis,
I have been purchasing my LED lights from T-Mart which seems like they are the lowest in price and I have yet to have any issues with their LED's. I have a John Deere 318 that I replaced the LED and now I can actually see without burning up my light cover and running my battery down. I also replaced several lights in my house and they are a really nice light. I believe T-Mart get their lights from overseas where they are required in a few countries so they have the bugs worked out of the bulbs already. Just my 2 cents...
