Priced a B7610HST w/FEL. I'm currently using a Ford 2000 (36HP, without FEL) to run a bushhog in rather hilly country in fescue. I'm wondering if the 26hp 7610 will be hoss enough to do the trick.

I wouldnt question that weight at all. Last spring I was fiddleing with some half leaked out 8n tires and I can testify that if they would of tipped over and went to the ground I dont know if I could of got them back standing upright. Granted, I am a weak tit but they were very heavy.

Ive got a 2003 John Deere 790 with 419 loader 4 wheel drive and type 4 industerl tires 50hrs on it . I would be glad to sell it for $13000 nothing wrong with the tractor still under warranty and allways keep in the barn .$13000 would make a great down payment on a 990

Got the oil and transmission fluid changed today.
One of the biggest challenges for me was rounding up the tools I needed to do the job.

I spent 3 days running to every place in town to find them.

Went good today but I am stumped about one thing.
After puting in the amounts specified in the manual for the engine and the tranny the engine oil is only up to the first mark on the dipstick.
The Super UDT shows little if any on the tranny dipstick.
How Can This Be? ? ?

I hadn't thought much about a front blade. I'm assuming the hydraulics will allow it to be angled from side to side? Any idea of its typical cost? Do you tend to do damage by pushing snow over the lawn?

I should clarify part of my original question...I heard a rumor that a GC2310 (bx23 also?) that when you drop the BH the remaining bolted on subframe mounts get in the way by not allowing 3 point hitch arms to spread to their full width to accept a quick change to some other 3-point tool...plow, blade, etc. Anyone else heard of this?

You are right on the weights but that seems to be the most common unit I've seen. I haven't seen the weights of the trailer.

Murf, how many miles are you putting on your power strokes? We're finding they are pretty well dead at 200,000 miles is that what your finding?

You need a valve for a closed center system. What tractor have you used it on until now. I normally don't recommend the use of the tractors systems just for economical reasons but it is your choice.

This tractor is one of the best I ever owned. It has alot of power from the CAT motor which is a 3011C model. Perkins is owned by CAT and thus it is classified as a CAT motor. I have had no problems with this tractor and it has done every task I asked from it and more. I have the loader,backhoe,cab and snowblower for it and all components work great. If you buy this tractor you won't regret it.

If this will always be an issue why don't you consider a hydro trans. I have used these units for 40 plus years with out any problems. Performing such operations as rototilling , Snowblowing , mowing etc. 700hrs. plus on each machine.

Yes, I have priced a manual from the dealer, and after recovering from the sticker shock was told they could have it for me in about a week or two. I wanted to do it today and was just checking to see if anyone had a little insight as to a web sight other than kubotas home page, which tells you nothing. I of course will have to purchase a service manual at some point, so if anyone knows a good place to get an IT manual or kubota manual let me know.

Perhaps some kind of ground covering ivy. English Ivy is widely used as a ground cover. Just don't plant Poison Ivy ;)

I'm only really familier with the Kubota's back to the mid 80's so I will come from there. The B-20 was the first of a group of factory built compact tractor based TLB. They are like a miniture 555 by Ford or a 310 by deere or a 580 by Case. They have stronger frames,higher output hydraulic systems and far stronger sheet metal and integeral loaders. Much the same as the larger units that there bases were ag tractors that have been modified to excell in the construction field. The largest difference is the removable hoe with it's four point hoe hook up which is tight to the tractor and doesn't hinder ground clearance and can be switched out in about 5 minutes. Currently with the smallest being the B-21 then the L-35 and then the L-48 the newest as well as the largest of these units built.

Mandy, I see your post is several months old, so you may already have found some manuals. If not, my list reflects the AgraCat 2910 to be a Jinma 250. Yours is a 25 horsepower two wheel drive, right Mandy? If so any manuals covering the JM250 will work. <br>

I've got 4 manuals that cover the 18 to 28 hp Jinma range; tractor operations, tractor parts, engine operation, engine parts. If you're reasonably close to Dawson Springs, you can copy mine.<br>
