Tommy, Congrats! I got my 2210 two months ago and I can't say enough good things about it! My FEL works great. But the real surprise was the Box Blade I bought too. What a tool! If you are moving dirt, this would work terrific. Now I'm waiting for my tiller to come in. Heck, I even take mine out to get the mail!

power beyond means that when your valve is in neutral position fluid still flows through it. you can come off that valve and run a hydraulic line to another valve for a remote , but then you must pipe back into return line.hope this helps

That all goes back to the days when Ford was the major influence of the the new Holland tractor market. Now Ford has no part in it at all. Not real sure about the European models though. What I do know is now NH makes there own trans. and uses the shibura engine. But like i said before that is going to change with in the next few years. Every thing from bumper to draw bar will be New Holland (CNH). If you go to CNH web site you will see every company owned by them and you will understand what I am talking about.

I was offered,I think a JD 4300 from the dealer with low hours at what they said was a good price. I asked why it was returned and on sale. They said that the main bearing where the pto shaft goes through wasn't tight enough in the housing and it spun in the casing, tearing the inside of the casing up. The small pieces of metal got in the controll valves and while this guy was mowing his bucket kept dropping, thats why he brought it in. He got another machine. Don't mean to scare ya, it's probably something simple.

Brokenarrow, my trailer just went up foresale. Look at my pictures. It is a 6 ton gooseneck. I special ordered it for the JD 110 tlb. I ordered it with 3 extra feet length from axle to headboard because of the loader being on and the weight of the backhoe I can drive on untill the bucket hits the headboard and it's just right with the toungue weight. Also ordered the D ring tie downs where I wanted them so I could tie down pulling from the front and the rear at a slight angle. It's this years model and tows very nice, with a gooseneck you can jacknife it around when backing to turn. Also the 4x4 GMC diesel is forsale. email me if you are interested or want pictures

I've got a Takagi here in Eugene, Oregon and LOVE IT!! I did alot of research before choosing the Takagi. I think the Bosch are solid units too, but my Takagi has 175,000 BTUs, which I'm not sure the Bosch could get to, and it's got the direct venting - powered vent to the outside and fresh air supply from the outside. The unit's in the attic above the bedroom and I don't hear more than a soft woosh when it fires up. I've got a control panel mounted on the wall so I can adjust the temperature to whatever I want. It is true that the efficiency and throughput will be somewhat effected by the temperature of the incoming water, but that hasn't been an issue for us and we're on a well. We have run the shower and dish washer at the same time with no problem.
The takagi web site is below. It suffers from the typical grammatical problems of translation between asian corporation and english language web site but it may provide some useful information.

The only other issue to address, is whether you have hard water or not. Hard water will almost certainly shorten the life with scaling in the heating chamber.

I'd recommend tankless to anybody.

I have a Yanmar 1510D and I was looking at a Operator's Manual for John Deere 655, 755 and 855 models. It seems as though the engines in the 1510 and the 755 are the same.<br>
Is this true? If so, can I use this JD manual as a guide to change fluids and filters on my tractor? I am looking for filters for my tractor that I can cross reference with JD so that I can buy them at an auto parts store.<br>

Thanks for the information. I bought a Caroni 5' finish mower and it works great. I did have to cut the PTO shaft because it was too long. Other than that, I am really pleased.

Then the belly of the hook would rest on the surface of the loader and it would be less likely to torque/bend the loader bucket.

A common solution we use a lot for tidying them up and preventing erosion is large stones called "rip-rap", it is basically gravel that is about 6" pieces.

You clean out and grade the ditch, lay in some sort of geotextile fabric, VERY loose so it wont get ripped, then just lay the stone in starting from the bottom and wortking your way up-slope one layer deep. The rock allows lots of flow, but slows the speed of the water and stops it from scouring the ground. The fabric not only holds the earth in place, but it helps stop plant growth as well.

I have a couple of drainage ditches that I would like to line with something.

Anybody have any ideas short of a concrete ditch?

Check your local codes too. there are subtle differences according to where you are located.

Around here you need to have 6" of clean sand below the line and more above, that way frost or compaction (like from a heavy truck driving over it) can't force a rock into the conduit and pinch the wires.

It's also a good idea to buy a couple rolls of the yellow caution tape and lay it at the sides of the trench at a couple of different levels as you backfill the trench, then if in the future anyone ever digs near it they will hit the caution tape as a warning. If you look around it is available printed with "Caution - Buried Utilities Below" for just such use, but nearly anything works, I have even seen people use rope, just something as a reminder you're getting close.

If you have a few dollars to spare during the project, lay a length of 4" non-perforated drain pipe in the trench too, then if you ever decide to add extra 'features' like a telephone line or intercom wires,water line, etc., you can run them below ground too.
