my kubota wont start, my batt is ok all the lights come on and but when you try tostart it will not turn over or anything. can someone help give me some sudgestions to try and check

I'm wondering if a seat can be bought for the bx2200 that isn't just the Kubota seat? I'd love to get one of those seats with armrests and hydraulic adjustments. Can anyone steer me in the right direction on this?

You don't have a lot to work with but anything over a couple of hundred should be good for you.

For the nine acres a BX could deal with it and a BX23 could give you everything you need to work on your property including the hoe. You would have to up to the B-7800 to get to a 72" mower to increase your free time. I've often found that most people go into sticker shock later when trying to buy attachments and often don't buy later but sometimes trade units in for what they want later regreating they did not do it sooner.

If the clutch is a mechanical type, check for adequate free travel at the top of the pedal. If the tractor is in 4wd, try it in 2wd or try backing it up a bit.

I've been using something similar as a temporary solution for six years. We get more that 2'- 3' of snow. Decent temporary solutions are hard to undo.

Mine is a shelter designed for arctic use with an all season cover on it. It is more slopped than those pictured and the snow tends to slide off. I usually help it by lifting from teh inside or just raking it. I don't let all that much snow build on it so I can't say what a realistic snow load rating might be. The manufacturer should be able to say.

The manufacturer of mine said they used to say the cover was good for 10 years but now they say it's more like seven years--due to increased UV. Maybe these covers are better but maybe the marketing is a bit enthusiastic.

A post on this topic at the Yesterday's Tractors forum says Ford 134 (which is their universal trans-hydro fluid) for all three; or 134 for hydraulics, and 80-90 wt for transmission.
Maybe ask the dealer to be sure.

Hello,

I am a dealer and have all models in inventory. My favorite is the LG4340 with industrial tires. What a monster. I understand they are adding dealers at a very fast pace.

These are very high quality machines that I am sure will do very well.

The first thing he told you was not really true. With the style couplers used on these tractors they are either coupled or not no in between. The second nay be the cause but not likely. That is only a diverter and has nothing to do with the pressure going to the loader just flow. If that was not in the correct position your loader would creep or barley move. I have to say it but I believe he was blowing smoke.

The only difference between the D and the DA are the hood. The you have just the TC--A which is just your bare bones tractor. Gear trans Metal floor ect.

Dean - Your cracking me up....Hey I'll pay for your plane fuel if you want to fly in & help me. There is a good size lake a mile up the road from this property. I'm not ready to do this quite yet. I have to clear more tree's out first etc. I will do it either in November or March depending on how much I get done before the ground freezes this year. Yeah, you have to have a set of SCV's somewhere. You might be able to rig up some sort of re-plumb to allow you to use either the loader OR the TnT but not both. Something like moving hoses or maybe even a diverter valve. I don't know much about rigging something like that up. I think you can add a 4th and 5th SCV on the 4400 with JD parts, and of course they'd be happy to sell you a TnT kit too, but that stuff isn't cheap.

Glad to hear your grapple is working out well. They sure are nice to have when you need to do some heavy grabbing and lifting.
