Good luck! I have brewed beer and wine years ago but only from kits. I made a grain and kit combination once that was probably the best beer I made. Both the beer and wine was usually drinkable but not great. I have bottles of home brew with jalapeno peppers stored in the basement. People seemed to like that.

My daughter and her boyfriend took some of my beer and wine back to college to try it out. I told them to have a few store bought beers before they drink this stuff :)
I have a few grape plants growing in topsoil that I may transplant in the spring. I have no plans to make wine but the wife keeps bringing plants home when shopping. I am running out of room to plant!

I was reading further in the link and see the rifles sell for $400.00 and shipping is $20.75. I can get a 1903 in good condition at my local gun dealer for $495.00 and an 1903A3 for $695.00. I didn't know if you get a price break if you are a registered marksman/shooter. In my case without an FFL I'd have trouble getting one of these unless shipping to a dealer. I'd like to know the condition after you have received it.

Yep, the tire choice thing has been beat to death. I don't know about the trade-in value around here but your other points are right on the money. I haven't had turfs, but my R4s were pretty worthless in mud.

I don't have a Deere but my Cadet begins to stir hard when my Hydro filter begins to clog. Once it begins to clog, sometimes it collapses. At that point the steering gets real hard and the tractor speed is slow. Steering should be with one finger with an empty loader on any surface. With full bucket steering should be slightly more difficult but not by much.

Same is a very old, well respected Italian tractor manufacturer.

I would suggest though for what you are looking at doing you might want to look at a Japanese tractor, they seem to stand up high ambient temperatures pretty well, and parts & service will likely be easier to find.

I have a plans for making one out of wood, designed as a 'stick it in your mouth and blow' whistle for kids, but easily adapted, or I can give you pictures and a description of how to do it in metal, including the mathematic formulae for caclution of the tone, the real McCoy, sort of.

Happy to say that I have gotten on board the "Kioti Express". Delivery of my new CK30hst was late yesterday and I could only play a little due to prior commitments and the weather. I have spent a few months looking at them, the <br>
other orange machine's B7800, TC30 by New Holland.. yes and even green, with envy, JD's. Comparing all the specs there it was no real contest. If your looking for the most bang for the Buck you owe it to yourself to try one. Luckily here in Northeast PA Wallace Tractor and Equipment was there. Small and personal dealership, knowlegeable, and most importantly committed to service and customer satisfaction! Basically new to this all but I feel confident that years down the line I will be glad I chose the Kioti and Rick and Amy to work with. I got mine with the 130FEL, 2375BH, and 72" Rhino back blade... it's easy on the eyes and pocket!

I have three 982's. Suggest you go to your local IH/Case dealer and get pricing for decals, etc. They can probably tell you of a local guy that restores and paints IH/Farmall (red)tractors and get pricing from him. You can also purchase paint from that dealer if you want to do it yourself and get authentic "Red".
