I agree. A bunch of people have lost money on similar tractor scams on eBay. Nobody would sell a machine like you describe so cheap, unless maybe it was stolen.

I just took delivery of a 4115 with a 60in belly mower and 410 FEL. After 50 hours, I am having an issue with the power steering not working when the tractor is standing still. It actually started at about 20 Hrs. You indicated in your first posting that you were having a similar problem. What did the dealer do to fix it??? My dealer is giving me trash that JD corporate is telling them I do not have enough ballast in the rear wheels. Just doesn't make sense to me. Does anyone else have a 4115 with this issue and what what was done to fix. thanks in advance,

I think your pucker factor will kick in at any slope much above 25-30 degrees. If you have a lot of work to do on slopes IMHO you should be looking at machines that are designed for work on slopes, maybe a tracked machine. Sorry, I don't have one to recommend but maybe someone will chime in here.

my lawn tractor escaped my trailer at 35 mph and i need to know what the value is for insurance purposes. 18horse 4wheel steer with 520 hours 1991 model one owner and well maintained . the motor and drive train still work but the frame and front and back axels are bent.

Got Kubotas unbeatable 0% financing.
If your new Kubota BX2230 has the front loader I don't see where , you would need a yard box or rear blade.

1*BX 23 v BX2230- WHat is the difference here. ?
2*I looked at the spec sheets and other than a bigger and heavier frame, I see no difference

1*The 23 comes standard with a back hoe.
2*You can't put a back hoe on the 2230 due to the smaller lighter frame. This means that if you want a back hoe later on down the road you have to buy another new tractor.

TO put is simply. It can not be done. the backhoe uses a sub frame the bolts the where the mmm hangers bolt. You can switch all the brackets but it is a time consuming deal. If yo wand all three your real choice should be Kubota.

We just got in some of the new 2004/2005 models in. they ahve improved alot. better electrical, (fuse box, voltage regulator, switches) someone posted the horn would honk if the oil pressure dropped. I have not tried it but there is an additional relay under the hood, so it may be true. I plan to start one and remove the wire from the sending unit and see if it honks... My point is that the Farm Pro/Jinma continues to improve. I don't know if it my imagination or the improved shift knob, or if it really shifts easier than last years. I know the paint on the chassis is much nicer, fiberglas fenders, you can fold the ROPS without removing the worklight now. I am impressed. They actually look new!
If you ahve not seen a recently built Farm Pro, it is worth a look.

Just got back from the Kubota dealer and priced a B7610 with a 60"mmm and a front loader for $16000. How does this price sound? Thanks.

Before I bought my bx 23 Tuesday I got price quotes from ten dealers in Ohio and west Va.
The best price I got for the B7610 with a 60 "mmm and a front loader was $14420
I also got a price on the ---B2410 with a 60"mmm and a front loader for $15410.
I was going to go with the B2410 but decided I didn't want or need that big of a tractor.
Also the B7610 and B2410 did not include a back hoe but the Bx 23 did for the same money as the B model without a hoe.

The best deal I saw on a b model is a very little used 1 or 2 year old B 2410 with only 267 hours on it with with a 60 "mmm and a brand new Kubota. front loader plus a spanking new. 60" woods rear blade.

You could not tell this tractor from a new one as it had been so well cared for.
Last time I knew the guy was asking $12900 for it but an offer of 10000 to 11500 may have snagged it.

I guess I am really dumb. The manual that came with my 7510 has some really cryptic info about how wide I can set the rear wheels. The diagrams and text seem to be talking about something on another planet, or perhaps the measurements are in hectacres or something. The tractor came with the wheels set at 48" wide to match the FEL, but the book says they only slide to 39". The axle holes, however seem to allow several more inches of adjustment. 1) anybody know the actual Max for farm tires? 2) is there a special trick to sliding the wheels in or out, once the cotter and the pin are loosened, or just brute force? The tires are loaded with water/calcium, so a little heavy to handle.

I looking to replace a a 30 yr old JD 2440 with something easier to plow snow on a long driveway ( 1/2 mile ) and maintain 30 acres of crp and 50 of woodland. I'd get a front mount blower.<br>

They have an L2900 GST with LA480 loader, mid pto, said it was a 99 year model with 517 hours. Asking 14,500. I did not have time to do any evaluation at all except look at it and start it. Seemed to be nice and clean, no dings or dents, nice and clean under the fenders, probably power washed,. said they had gotten it ready for some guy who didn't come back to talk anymore.

any comments on the unit or price?
