I have a 2001 2360 long tractor and the dealer has had it almost as much as I have ie: wheel fell off, fuel pump replaced, hyd pump replaced twice, leaks all over , top line to hyd pump cracked they weilded it and guess what it still leaks and can't find one --------------------why don't the U.S.A. distributor stock more parts------where else can I get parts<br>

I plan to clear the dirt around the the perf pipes and put some gravel around it so the water has some place to go. What size gravel would i order, and is there defined amount to place around a 12 foot length??

I need to replace my front tires. On my ford 2120 4x4. The stock tires are Firestones. These tires have made in japan stamped on them. I have gone to Firestones web site and also the dealer. My problem is they aren't making the 8x18 size fronts. In a lug pattern in 6 ply. In fact they only make 1 8x18 and it's 4 ply. I really want the heavier ply tires. My machine has a front loader and back hoe. The stock tires are a 6 ply tread. Where can I get them...? or do I have to go to a different tire and rime size...? Any help is much appreciated

Mark... Nevada Power Products is a terrible place to do business. Even though there is a branch office just 4 miles away, I drive for an hour to the next nearest Deere or Kubota dealer when I need parts or fluids.<br>

Sounds like you have already chatted with the folks at Gold Country Kubota. They don't have the lowest prices but they are honest and take very good care of their customers.<br>

The other nearby Kubota dealer is Smith Valley Garage.... again top notch folks with consistantly better prices than NPP.<br>

My last suggestion would be to check prices in Oregon. If you are paying cash or carrying your own financing you can save a lot of money, not only on lower prices for the tractors, but no sales tax.

No, I never did make the trade. Even with my wife being behind me 100% for trading-up, I just couldn�t justify the difference in dollars. So now my plan is to wait for the next evolution of the forty-ten series, see what�s new and improved, then re-evaluate the cost-to-benefit ratio.

Kubota's front blades are a bit pricier than Deere's, The last prices I saw were around $900 for a manual angle and $1200 for the 4 way.

Installation is straight forward and simple. Just hose connections and pins.

The older BX's were a bit of a pain because you had to dis-mount and re-mount the SCV. It just stays with the tractor on the newer models.

I was merely being overly generous to illustrate the point.

I have used a TR3, we had a demo a few years back. I know what a 1,000 pound implement feels like on our machines, the Rhino box blades we use are that much. The TR3 we tested didn't weigh anything near that much, the salesman was unable to tell us what it weighed because it's not (or at least was not) printed in any of their literature. I also know what it would cost to have one of them fabricated by a first-class company, as a 'one off' unit, certainly far less than their 'production' cost.

The salesman that came to visit us openly admitted that they are priced high 'because they can, they're competing with MUCH more expensive equipment like powered rakes'.

Besides, in head-to-head competition they lost, hands down, against several other methods, all cheaper.

Believe me, if there was a cheaper way to prepare seedbeds for turf I would use it. On a running average we do about 1,800 acres of new turf a year, a few percentage points of savings would be a BIG deal.

Factory mnanuals are generally better if available. I haven't seen an Intertec manual but some people get by with them OK. I have heard several stories of inaccurate or missing specific procedures that have resulted in problems and some don't have wiring diagrams.

The 2800 and 3400 are the replacements for the 2600 and 3000 models. The 3130 is the full featured tractors and not the same as they are a full featured tractor and a hydraulic forward and reverse shuttle is available on those tractors.

A 20A 220V branch circuit off the service panel into 10-3 direct burial (DB) line should work. That way there'd be no unprotected line. I'd probably use 3/4" plastic flex conduit to protect the line going out of the house and into the trench and also into the garage and terminate it into a 20A disconnect.

Two 20A 115V circuits could be wired off the disconnect. 10-gague line would support the circuits plus provide extra gauge for the length and motor start up surges. A shallow temporary trench should still have a fair amount of rock free dirt in the bottom--especially if vehicles might drive over it, and it might be good to leave some slack at each end in sort of a frost loop.

Brokenarrow, what is the tank capacity of the sprayer shown in picture 17 mounted to the 3PH? I have a similar unit that is 25 gallons mounted on a single axle trailer. This works fine for the yard, but not for my 3 acre lot. You have given me a good idea, thanks.

Are you trying to sell the tractor? Why are there parts missing off it, i.e. radiator cap, starter, etc? Anyway, the 6200 series was built in 83 and had 15 hp.

The 17la goes on the SS models. Front end issues.
Also the 17 lifts just a bit less.
I thought it sounded like a good price and if you could knock anouth K off it it would be a great price, although It sounds like the owners dont know what they have? I may be reading your post wrong also.
Look into the new tc33 and price it out with the financeing. I wonder if NH is coming out with a comparable no intrest deal Like the green machine has now?

Awesome!!! tell her to keep up the good work! My youngest of three is a girl and she wants to do the disking in 2 weeks, I cant tell her NO! Just want to know when I will get some seat time? The oldest boy is doing all field cutting the way it is now. The only thing I get to do is the round up spraying, and that is about as boring as it gets, ya know>?

How much fluid did you get out of it? I would guess you should have gotten at least 8 gallons or more. Another thing is to make sure all the air is out of the system. Have you cycled the loader a couple of times throughout it's vertical and bucket roll ranges?

I'd change all fluids and filters and clean any screens on a used tractor on general principal unless the maintenance history is well known. That might cure the lift problem. If not I'd start by inspecting the suction line for breaks or leaks and also see if the hydraulic oil gets hot and frothy. If there's a sound like a rattle or buzzing from the hydraulic pump or the oil gets very hot I wouldn't run the tractor very long.
