Go to any dealer of any brand that you want info on and tell them you are in the market to buy. They will gladly supply you with all the sales and promotional info you want. Including full color brochures with all the specs.

Jim, I love it. I tried to locate either a JD 4500 or 4600 with 4WD for about two months this past summer with no luck. In August I found the JD 5310 at a nearby dealer. It was a rental unit, a 1998 model 4WD with 195 hours in perfect condition. It looks brand new. The total price was $19,500. no sales tax. It was a little more than what I was lookibg for but at that price i felt I couldn't turn it down. It still has the full 2-year factory warranty beginning at time of my purchase and the balance of the 2,000 hour warranty (1805 hrs). The 5310 has a 65hp 3cyl 171 cubic inch turbocharged diesel engine with 55 PTO HP. It weighs 5,000 lbs as compared to the 4500/4600 which weighs in at 3600lbs. It has full syncro shuttle shift transmission with 9 fwd and 3 reverse speeds and a folding ROPS. I live in a small farming community in SW Georgia. All the dealers in this area claim that if I decide to sell it I can find 10 buyers for the 5310 for every one that I could find for the 4000 series. They may or may not be right??? I put a new Bush-Hog brand loader on it with 120

I stand corrected. In looking through a brochure last night, I noticed trac-vac has switched to wider wheels/tires on their trailers.

I can not shift my MT210D out of 4WD into 2WD. My guess is that it has been in 4WD for a long time (lot's of use). I have tried all kinds of configurations (wheels up, moving F&R) and have applied some pressure to the lever but I don't want to break something expensive. I'm wondering if the selector detent ball could be rusted tight. What else could cause this?

I just bought a new 4100 with a canopy and had to take it off after just 2hrs and 2 wrecks.I have a lot of trees and you just can't watch the mower and canopy at the same time.All trees don't grow straight up.I will put it back on if I'm going to be out in the sun for any length of time,as it just takes 4 nuts to put it on.

Craig,<br>OK you now have part of your answer. First the engine is manufactured by Toyosha, but the tractor was made by Hinomoto. Are parts available, yes. Can you pick up any part any time rapidly, no. I will check with some other folks about this particular tractor. I own a Hinomoto E2304 or an equal to MF 1030 which also crosses over to an Allis tractor. Hope this helps some.

I've noticed a few references/comparisons to hydro lawn mowers. Assuming they are all somewhat similiar, our 12hp AC is also rock solid until you depress the release switch on top of the transmission housing. The manual even states to press this switch before attempting to move the unit. I haven't noticed this on our 4100, or am I just overlooking things.

I have a JOHN DEERE 4200HST, and it has the 420 LOADER, w/6 Heavy Duty Bucket,and also have a 72

So basically I have a very heavy machine. I do have to say it works great
for Loader work in both A + B range, but I do admit, B range is a litte to much for driving around on hills or rolling grade while dragging a belly mower or especially a rear rotary mower. But as far as Loader work goes, this machine

Man,that is a big can of worms.In respect to your dealer,a set-up on a new mower is usually done at the factory,I would think the problem might be in the timing of the blades,or the blades themselves.I don't know if Kubota mfgs. there blades or not,but I doubt it.The B2150 is a very good machine,but the price depends on;like you said,hours,condition,so on&so forth.I would much rather have a new unit with the full factory warranty.The main differances between the 2100/2710 are a 3 range hyro,4 cylinder engine,more fuel capacity and a more comfortable seat,just to name a few.I previously owned a 2150 and now own a 2710,after putting a few hours on the new one,I would never look back.

I have just traded a 1999 Kubota 4310 HST with cab for a 1999 Kubota 6800 4X4 without cab. I own 40 acres and the 4310 could not handle a 6' bushhog cutter without mowing in low range at just over a walking speed, it also did not have the weight to do any loader work other than just moving piles of dirt. The 4310 is just too light for most serious farm work. The 4310 is a good tractor for a small farm but for the amount of acreage you have, go with an ag tractor, also I also learned that unless your farm has no trees you will be unhappy with a cab tractor, it's easy to duck under the limbs without a cab, but with a cab you can't mow close to trees with low hanging limbs unless you do a lot of backing up.
