I am trying to make the classical decision of how big to buy, I don't want to be disappointed the first time I go out in the snow, that I really bought too small. On the other hand I don't want to buy too big, so as to make mowing miserable.<br><b>Here is My Situation</b><br><li>I have a 1,200 foot driveway 14 feet wide<br><li>Snow is usually wet type<br><li>I want to finish mow 3 acres on a 6 acre parcel, no trees on the mowing area.<br><li>My lawn soil is solid, 50% small stone, so weight not an issue, but would like to be able to maneuver easily on 6% grade<br><li>Looking to buy one of these <b>Kubota B1700/B2100/B2400/B2710 or Deere 4100/4200 or NH TC21/TC25/TC29.</b> There is a significant difference in size in these machines, hence my delemma.<br>I was thinking of using loader and back blade instead of blower, I have a 42

Bruce we do have Quick hitch's available that help make it a lot easier and makes it so you can hook up and not evan get off the tractor.

No, but I wish it was. That's what I'm looking for. The only one I've seen is in their literature which attaches underneath the unit, similiar to a pick-up plow. Guess I need to call the dealer about getting a parts catelog for the 400 loaders. Thanks for the Lead.<br>

Thanks for the reply, MLS. I was unaware that there's an accesssory that will keep the mower deck up regardless of the 3pth. I'll look into that. I know that the higher the ballast weight, the less effective in counterbalancing the loader, but so far, so good. I'm trying to be exceptionally cautious because I'm currently using it on a hill, so I'm sure to run up and down, not across. So far I'm very pleased with the 4100, my first tractor, with the exception of the front tires rubbing the hydraulics, which I've mentioned in another post.<br>Scott

Serial #C-50720, according to the blue book info I have is a 1994 model. In very good condition a dealer is asking about $12,000 withn a loan value of $9300 approximately. Cannot help on implements.

I have never heard of a TS1700 Iseki. The TU1700 Iseki was built from 1981 thru 1984. The TU1700 is a three cylinder tractor. My product guide starts with model year 1975 and does not list the TS1700. It must be pre 1975.
