In Oct,2003 I got a B7800HST,LA402-FEL,loaded R-4 tires,Land Pride 3-way RTB1572 back blade for 17.2K at 3.99%,but I didn't get a Kubota hat.

That because it didn't fit in the shop. It was to tall since it didn't have a folding roll bar. It was keep under a tarp. The new to me fits in the garage but not shop since the shop got smaller because i fire proof it for welding. Plus them former owner had the same problem from the same subdivsion for the same reason. Hears the funny part i was at the former owner house do work for him at my normal labor rate with his old tractor. He was complain that he used to have a tractor and know wonders why he sold it. It was work for a new shed to put his new kubota ZTR thats coming. Before the subdivison wouldn't approve a shed but now they did and he has nothing to put in it. Hmmm isn't that strange. Same thing is happening to me i got a 3 bay garge approved last week.

A big draw back to a sickle mower would be that they are very fragile, any rock or good size tree, branch etc. and you have parts.

We were in Valley Forge in Jan (very cold and snowing)and the guy in charge of keeping the sidewalks and entrances clear liked his ATV plow. I do not remember the make but it look about the size of a Mule near me. It had the bench seat I beleive.

Depends on what model you get. Some tractors you can leave the laoder and hoe one while you cut the grass with a MMM. Other wise you would have to take the hoe off each time you need to cut the grass.

I see you have a BX23 and by the time you built something it would be to heavy for the tractor. You couldn't pick anything up. A rake is good for clean up. But pulling large logs isn't. The tines will just spring back.

Now what i plan on doing here shortly is built a set of brush forks for mine b7500. I plan on getting some 3/4" cold rolled solid steel (after the price of steel drops when the EPA allows a steel mill that rebuilt itself after burning down to reopen). Weld them about 4 or 6 inches apart onto two pieces of 3/8" by 2" flat bar. One which would be bolted towards the front of the bucket and the other toward the back. Each of the 3/4" tines would be 3 ft long. Half in the bucket and half out. So i would had 18" long tines with plenty of leverage. It would look like a graint rake. I would be able to slide right into mulch and brush piles with it. The just unbolt them when i am done with four bolts. It would only add 50 pounds to the weight.

I agree. You will rip the backhoe right off the machine if you hit something hard enought. No warrenty would cover that.

the parts that i need for a 755 tractor are: AM105089 seat suspension assembly, M90415 exaust pipe, AM102142 r.h taillight, M90582 INSTRUMENT PANEL. let me know if you have any of these or any other parts that would fit this machine. i also would be interested in a loader for the right price.<br>

Good to see there are so many that think Kubota is a well made machine! I am going to purchase a 2wd next week and give my son my Ford 3000. Hope my implements don't mind! <br>
I was thinking of fabricating a brush guard, but after reading a recent post, may just ask the dealer to order me one. Just for good measure, I just finished mowing 3 acres of what I call "driving range" this afternoon with the old ford. Ya see, one doesen't want the old equipment to get wind of a newcomer, so work it up until the day it takes a ride on a trailer!

I'm not sure what you mean about the backhoe litterature being missleading.
They give the digging force of each individual backhoe.
A 6 1/2' backhoe mounted on a larger tractor will not have any more digging force than it would on the smaller CK 20.

If you have up to 10 acres and want a versatile machine, going with the bx23 is a wise move. Most tractors that are bigger, you won't necessarily need, and cost close to same without the backhoe. The bx23 is built to the hilt and as stated in the previos message, you'll love having the convenience and versatility the backhoe adds. You can't effectively add a bh onto a subcompact without a lot of hassle, not to mention the cost to do so afterwards if it possible isn't practical.

I have a 1997 year model cub 2186 with a 48" deck. I've always had a bit of a problem keeping belts on it, and last year I replaced all 3 deck spindles in hopes that this would help. I just completed serviceing the machine for the upcomming year (including new PTO and deck belts) and when I engaged the clutch the belts started squealing and smoking!! I am about to throw in the towel on this mower unless someone can give me some guidance as to what could be causing this. The spindles are well greased, so I'm not sure what's going on. Any help would be appreciated.<br>

Woods makes alot of good equipment. For a box blade your going to need one of strength and weight if you want to use your loader too. You'll need the counter balance. The Woods sr or r series would work. sr 20 is 72" and the sr 25 is 77" wide 975 and 1035 lbs 45 to 70 hp box blade and the scarifer can be raised and lowered from the seat. The R series is a rollover, go from teeth to cutting edge 30 to 60 hp r20 72" r25 77" 802 and 860 lbs. My choice would be an sr series.

I used similar trusses to these in my garage, but only the top portion. I find the roof very strong and ridgid.
