I have a 755jd,how hard or is it possible to put another remote & seperate lever for the back of tractor.then when i used my 3-point cement mixer I wound not have to unhook & rehook my loader bucket hoses.since I use them at the same time and what kind of price could I be looking at?<br>thanks<br>

One clutch plate for the transmission - just like one would expect. Then if you depress the clutch pedal farther<br>the second clutch plate is separated and this is the one which clutches the PTO. So if you reverse this process<br>as you let up on the clutch pedal tne PTO engages first, which allows the implement to get up to speed. Then <br>you let up on the pedal a little farther which engages the regular transmission clutch and off you go. <br> There are other methods of designing a clutch for the PTO. A common one is to have an entirely separate<br>clutch pedal for the PTO clutch. <br> Some small and/or inexpensive tractor designs don't even bother to clutch the PTO separately. These have <br>the PTO driven directly from the main shaft of the transmission. In this design, the PTO only rotates when the transmission<br>is turning. The result is that the PTO appears to be clutched by the main clutch when the transmission is in<br>neutral. However, if the transmission is in gear the PTO speed is related to the ground speed of the tractor. This<br>doesn't matter at all when you are up to speed. All PTOs are then working at the same rate. But when you are <br>starting out, the directly driven PTO is barely turning. <br> If you do a lot of mowing or tilling - you will want the PTO to be separately clutched or to have a 2 stage clutch.<br> Roger Loving

i just purchased an arps 70 backhoe that is in new condition and installed it on a kubota 2550 tractor.problem is that after being stored in a barn for 5 years the valve body leaks out the bottom.could it be to high pressure or just sitting to long.it seems to be the pressure relief valve.besides that the unit works like a dream any info would be appreciated.also any dealers in the northeast,mainly ,maine

The FX42 is a Jam up tractor. We sold one of these last fall and I really hated to see it go. It has lots of power and is a real workhorse in a small package. We were really impressed. None of the FX series tractors cross to a JD model. Jd has never imported any of the newer style flat deck tractors that Yanmar makes. If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer them. Gentlemen,<br>From the stand point of a Deere dealer, we are HATING this delay in machinery, we build the tractors in Augusta Ga. Unfortunately the suppliers are the problem right now. They put on a second shift Aug 1 this year , that is a first!!!! Rumor has it they are turning out around 400 tractors a day. I ordered a 4600 hydro in march and got in July, that's terrible. Trust me it is hurting our business. As dealers we are getting the story a little late in regards to weeks till delivery, my suggestion is that if you have a machine on order ask the dealer to use his computer to follow the progress through the factory. In the last weeks before shipment they can almost tell you the day the machine will be built. This takes alot of digging for the dealer to find out but it can happen. Good news is that the new compacts are GREAT and are generating a record sales amount. Kubota will probably fall to # 2 in sales this next year. Hang in there, 6 months wait for a tractor you will own the rest of your life? Yep it's worth it! Good luck!<br>Jay<br>

I AM INTERESTED IN BUYING A NEW TC33D. WHEN I WENT TO TEST DRIVE THE UNIT, IT SMOKED MILDLY FOR THE ENTIRE FIFTEEN MINUTES I DROVE IT (I HAVE NOT SEEN THIS WITH DEERE OR KUBOTA). Sir, With all due respect, you really don't have this right. I refer you to the Society of Automotive Engineers Standards for 3 point hitches on tractors. For Category I hitches and larger (II, III, etc.) as used on agricultural tractors that now go to hundreds of horsepower, the STANDARD requires reporting hitch lift capacity as the maximum weight

I guess the first question is why do you want/need two tail wheels instead of one? In my useage, as a comm. landscaper, I find that a single tail wheel is far superior, especially on uneven ground since a triangle will always sit on all corners, and a square must teeter-totter on only three points.

Anyone make a bushhog w two trail wheels
