There are some depressions on my property that I'd like to fill. I will buy some fill dirt, but I'd like to put some good topsoil on top of it. When buying topsoil, what questions do you ask and what do you look for to make sure you're not buying fill-quality dirt? I haven't done much gardening in my life and am quite inexperienced with this.<br>

A face cord is a Rick in most instances. It is what you can stack on the face of 4'x 8'. In my case I was cutting 2' due to the large fire box I had in the furnace so the the face cord was a half cord. Yes it is a lot of wood over the winter. I have a stand in the basement that took a 1/2 cord so and would fill it about once a week. We had a lot of glass on the north, 6 - 8' and 4-6' sliders and additional glass so a lot of heat loss. Anybody know if any other front snowblowers can be modified to fit the front of my 650 ? i've been looking for a front mount blower for quite a while (as long as i've had my 650,15 yrs) and i've yet to find one thats a direct bolt on. I've got a rear mount snow blower but its a pain in the neck (really !) to have to look behind all the time to blow snow. I was hoping to be able to get a front mount by the time the snow flies this winter. Any suggestions ?

Yeah, we are plaqued by the trailers placed in inappropriate places here also. My solution would not be zoning but a prepaid disposal/recycling bond or fee of say 25% of new retail value. That should pretty well choke them off and make a traditional house more appealing.

Kubota has a how to for new tractor operators that I give to all new and first time operators. I think it is a very good little book for anyone to look at.

Ether is a mortal sin. Do not use it period. On old and worn engines, sometimes there is little choice. If you must, try WD-40 with the air cleaner element out first. Tom is right, you should never have to use it on your 790. The intake heater grid should do the trick in really cold starts.

I had not thought about that Tom. I had a hub cab spin off on my truck and looked here 60$, checked in Ont.on a trip 40$ list. Why? Maybe I could get lucky again at the MF dealer like Dodge.

I know someone that was sucked into the baler. Needless to say he did not survive. He was not found until the next day. Never means never leave the tractor with PTO running unless you are running a chipper or something.
