All three are fairly good. I don't believe any 4 ft come stock with the slip clutch any shear pins. The woods also has various levels of weight, but in general the 4ft are a light duty mower.

I test drove a few carts today. The Yamaha is noticeably faster than the EZGO. The Yamaha is a twin cylinder overhead cam and the EZGO is a single cyilder overhead valve. The ones I saw were more abused than used. The dealer did offer a 1 year warranty. At theese prices he should. A 1996 Yamaha was $1750. A 1997 Yamaha was $1995 and a 1998 EzGo was $2100. They were in rough shape. I did drive one with new over sized wheels/tires and a lift kit. That makes a HUGE difference and will most definately be what I want. The Best prices I am seeing are from a place out of Alabama that sells on eBay. The can ship to a terminal in Detroit for $250. They have Yamaha gas models. 2000 is $2300 ! 1999 is $1900. They also have a 2000 with the lift kit new oversize tires with steel wheels, aluminum bed and lights for 3k. Dave

I was moving during the spring this year, so I did not put in a garden. (Probably next year) I am sure that the rabbits would have loved some fresh tomatoe plants.

I started hearing coyotes the past week or so. I expect that I will start seeing fewer and fewer rabbits in the comming weeks.

If I understand your question, it locks up if the rear wheels are traveling at a faster ground speed (tires slipping) than the front wheels.

You might be able to see the laser better if other wavelengths of light other than the ~680 nm line from the laser were filtered out somewhat. I have never tried these glasses but I expect that they should have a red color to work properly.

Laser brightness has not been a problem with my laser level. I think that it is more of a problem with the line generating lasers where the laser is scanned with a motorized mirror.

ALDALE I really like the quick hitch with a bad back it is really hard on me to slide or lift implements on to the 3pt. The down side is if you don't buy compatable implements you might have some mods to do. I do not use the hook on the top I removed it in favor of an adaptor that came with the Q-hitch. It works just like a top link hook-up. For each implement you need a set of bushings for the bottom pins (about $20. at TSC). I use it with a rake, finish mower, ballast box, boom,hitch reciever and a PHD. Once everything is set up it is much quiker and easier. Now that I have it I would not want to give it up. The mods were very minor and easy.

I took cover with dip stick in off to change the relief valve for hydraulics,didnt touch anything concerning the pto.Now the pto wont engage,acts like it is stuck somehow.Any tips on what to do now.

Definately was caused by over inflation. We have had more than one post on the subject over the summer although most were complaining about ride and traction.
He is at fault although he as he delivered it wrong. I don't know how you et them to deal with it though.
The JD 955 rims for my tractor were 70$ and the tires 35$. I certainly would have squeeled a little louder if it had happened to me.

I guess better late than never! I have never personally used this suspension mod. but I would think that if your current vehicle is overloaded this is not the correct answer. The rest of the suspension i.e. axles, brakes, links, and steering linkage were designed to carry and work with a given maximum load. This may address a sagging suspension or body lean, but the rest of the suppension components are still overloaded. Sounds to me like you need a heavier duty van or maybe a pull behind trailer.

Chris, I was talking about a Curtis-type setup, but you do not need a 3rd valve to achieve power angling, you just need to block the bucket curl cylinders and divert the hydraulics to the angle circuit.

If you have a quick-tatch setup this is a VERY easy changeover, we do it all the time, if you don't have a quick-tatch maybe this is the excuse you need, they're usually only a few hundred dollars.

The main advantage of mounting the blade on the loader is because it gives you outstanding visibility & stacking capabilities, plus the loader adds downpressure to the blade if it is set up right.

If you can get everything you mentioned for $17,000 except the blower, add, roughly another $2000 for the blower, that still puts the 4115 at what I was quoted for 4110. That kind of price difference would make me consider getting that front mount JD blower that I am having a hard time justifying the cost, for front blower comfort.........Just curious.....thanks
