I have a L 2550 same as the L2850 little less H.P.I have no problem with high speeds on my tractor. In fact the tractor is a little scary to drive at high speeds on pavement because it gets a little top heavy with the loader.Like everyone else said with the high range it should really move right-along.I hope you get your problem resolved.Like Frank said they are a wonderful tractor I have owned my L2550 for a short time (3 months)and it is just a great machine.I spread 110 yards of fill and 4 hours with the greatest of easy.good luck with your tractor.

Hi All. Has anyone been able to find oil, hydrostatic, and hydraulic filters for their cubs, other than from the dealer? If so, what make and numbers? I have a 7265. I'm very happy with it in case you're interested... I even have the cub # and it didn't help to cross reference.

Brake problems with Kubota are like rolling over in a Jeep.......NOT IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!!!!! We run 6 Kubota's in a landscaping business, and have for many years, NO other compact has stood up as well. Even Deere's have hand throttles don't they........ ask a farmer how to make a brake-assisted correction....you use the hand throttle, the 2 brake pedals, and still have your left foot free for the clutch, just in case.<br> If you don't believe me ask my one-handed neighbour, he lost his left hand 6 years ago when his tractor rolled on him going down a hill with a loader bucket full of dirt, stepped on the wrong peddle..........by the way fellas, there is seat belts AND roll bars for a reason. One is NOT a replacement for the other................use them BOTH !!

Reverse implements are few and far between, stay away unless you don't need the pto for your use, you can probably get a larger (8N, 9N, etc) machine with a loader, although a little older for the same or less money, and be happier with it.

After reading all the great info on the boards, I decided against the 3010 and 3410 HST and am going after the 3710HST. I want the extra horse. There isn't much discussion about them, the 3710's. What info or problems can anyone give me? <br>By the way, my saleman explained that the lack of power on the HST's on the high end is on all of the hst's, not just the 3010. He says the high end is designed only for driving down the road without attachments. If you were to drive it like that, you would get the full rpms. <br>Thanks

A wire runs from the starter switch to the fr. clutch switch & then to the clutch. If you are not getting voltage to the coil, then you either have a bad switch or a break in the wiring. What a great forum, died and gone to heaven! I have come across a '98 NH1320,4x4, hydrostat, 7108 loader and NH 6 ft. finish mower, also has fiberglass top and turf tread. Unit only has 14 hrs. Price is $16,000.00. Is this in the ballpark? Thanks!

I bought a 135 diesel in very good shape this month with a 5' nearly new Howse bush hog, 6' heavy box blade(with all the teeth), shop made hay fork and a lifting boom for $4500.<br>It has been redone with great paint and stickers in about 1985 and barn kept since. All gages work except fuel(sending unit $30 from Walt's). Good rubber and only one small oil leak from the oil pan gasket. I thought it was a pretty good deal. These tractors have become real popular around here (NE Texas) with people who have just a few acres to bush hog and finish mow. I plan to get a 6' finish mower soon.
