I forgot to add, I grew up using a tin can for the exhaust, it works great, but if you forget to remove it, the can flies pretty high when you start the tractor. :)

I have a Boomer 1925 model. This model has the pull cable to stop the engine. With only 200 hours I'm on my 3rd cable. They always break about 4 inch's from the handle. Anyone else having this problem?<br>Thanks, Dennis

As far as I know they are the best, I have one and it serves me just great, I have even added a bucket to it i have a driveway(250ft.) and it plows it inless than 30mts 5'' snow this machine is not too expensive to maintain JUST AS LONG AS YOU RESPECT IT !!!! ..YOU MIGHT HAVE TO PUT SOME WIEGHTS AT THE BACK IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE A BUCKET TO SNOW PLOUGHT. Ray C, I personaly have no experence with this but---- I've been told you have to match the hoe and tractor really good. If the hoe is to powerful it could crack the rearend,when you try to pick up to big a bite. Good luck , KenWV

This area is not fiberglass. It is some kind of plastic. If you had any of the x55 series this is what the hoods were made of. So far is it very tough. I have no complaints. The bedliner idea is a good one. I have a '93 chevy that was Rhinolined 3 days after I bought it. It is one of the best products I have used. I abused the truck and the bedliner is the best looking part of The thing!

If you care about your equipment, use the best lub oil you can afford! The return is beyond anything I could hope to explain. AmsOil is one of the best, if you could get back to me I would have more time and space to explain. I have used this product for over 20 years, and have 3 tractors, trucks, small engines and cars all with syn/oil in them. It really works in more ways than in your engine!

I know its a long way from, but you might give Steve Hofelmann a call in Carlton Oregon. He regularly has low hour used 1070s. Right now he has 2, one with 300hrs the other with 330hrs.
