Dadgumit Doc, I hate to admit it but when you're right, you're right. They definitely won't pay more than what the tractor is worth at time of loss. They also took my 272 bucks and screwed me for 5 years.

DO NOT ever clean, sweep, or brush off your side screen with your engine running. The screen will act like a cheese grate and grind the material into very small parts that will go right through and plug your radiator.

It kind of sounds like what you might have done.

It is not that much of a filter Mark, just a cintered bronze cartridge that the hyd. oil flows through. It did catch quite a bit of trash as I saw when I cleaned it out.

I will try when it dries out a little. The roof peak is 9 1/2 feet tall. I have a folding ROPS but I think it will fit without folding it. I will check and let you know.

It doesn't look like anyone has much knowledge of the Landini line of tractors. I did talk to one person today that said that in the 50 H.P. range that they would out work any others in that range,but that is just his thoughts
on the matter

Is there anyway to determine if there is a lien on a used tractor. I don't want a finance company coming and stealing my tractor out of my garage because I bought a tractor from someone that didn't bother to make the payments.

Thanks Mark. I thought maybe when you bought a set of pallet forks there was a self-leveling mechanism. They seem so expensive to buy I figured there had to be a reason :)

My Cummins is set to limit fuel at 3250 rpm. I rarely take it above 2800. Never need to. I makes 505 ft./lbs. torque at 1800 rpm. With a reflash or a chip/box it can go to 660 ft./lbs. and much more. 75 mph = about 2000 rpm.

Belarus does not make tractors. They are a marketing company for factories like MTZ,LTZ,VTZ,Kirovets,etc....Before the fall of the USSR it was claimed Belarus sold 1 million tractors a year. Today they are lucky to sell 20,000 a year. Under 50 hp the #1 brand would be Mahindra. For Ag-tractors #1 is either MF or NH depending on the time of year the tally is taken. Deere is #3,CIH is 4th,and Valtra is 5th.

The central vac is like a whole house shop vac, so the critters don't go through the motor/blower. I am sure that the moths get banged up a bit during the trip, but they can still move. Centipedes on the other hand are tough sons-a-guns. I lay down those sticky traps for mice, centipedes and other vermen. I have seen centipedes get caught on these and drag them around with the legs that are still able to grab the floor.

I have a long set of medical forceps to grab them and they will attack the metal, so I know they would do the same thing to your hand.

As far as the vacuum is concerned, most shop vacs and this central vac are going to be able to sustain a vacuum of less than 1/2 atm. That is equivalent to 15,000 ft in altitude or less, so the vacuum "event" should be survivable for most animals. The 40 MPH right angle turns and abrupt stops are another thing, but I will bet that the centipede is still alive. I guess that I am going to have to empty the canister tonight just to see.

I do know for a fact that centipedes are not very durable in the average garbage disposal unit.

CCM is a better built tiller than KK and the CCM is cheaper than the KK. KK has a chinese side gearbox that leaks oil on 50% of their tillers.

I recently purchased a 7500. I was looking at the BX22 but the dealer talked me into the 75000 and I am VERY GLAD. The BX is a great machine, but the ground clearance is about 1/2 of the B7500. I have 27 acres which is heavily wooded and has many rocks. Even with the clearance of the 7500 I have hit rocks - I think the BX would have had problems in my environment. I also got the 302 loader and the backhoe on the 7500. Cost difference was only about 2k.

I have been browsing this site for the last couple of months, and must say that it has been a great help in my tractor buying considerations. Now that I have got my TC33D, I'm ready to try posting here.

I have a NH 451 sickle-bar mower that I would like to attach to this tractor. These mowers were probably the standard to which others were compared in their heyday (no pun intended), for their ability to flop down into ditches and mow embankments, as well as mow fields of hay.

But, attaching and adjusting them is looks anything but intuitive. I have a manual, but not for this year machine, and there have been some changes.

My question is - has anyone here attached this mower to a TC33D? If so, was it necessary to cut the ends off the stabilizer adjustment rods (about 4 inches). As this will be an irreversible move, I don't want to do it if I don't have to. Or can I accomplish the same by adjusting the lift cable length?

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but my question is specific to the TC33-29D's
