My Mitsu 1600 D II has very good tires, a new clutch, a recently serviced starter, exhaust routed under foot rest, sheet metal somewhat rusty but sound, custom made debris screen in front of radiator, custom SS grill plate in front. Lift works well. One stabilizer has been replaced by a heavy chain, which works fine.<br>

This is a strong tractor, always does what I want it to.<br>

It needs a starter solenoid now, and I have been unable to find one, so I am forced to sell it as is, or part it out.<br>

Our Gator had issue with not wanting to idle and used Sea Foam with poor results. Had to have the carb removed and cleaned. No idea on the squealing.

The relief on your system is in the divertor block located on the lower right side of the tractor. This is the block with three lines leading to the loader valve. It is shim adjusted, so if it's set too low you will need to add shims, not just turn a screw. You will first need a pressure gauge, at least a 3000 psi, and a fitting to match one of the hydraulic couplers on the tractor(or the necessary fittings to "tee" into the pressure side of the system). Your choice here. Once you have established the current relief valve pressure reading you can plan your next move.

Finally after a year of searching for my Kubota B2601 Tractor, I have finally found the Kubota Upgrade Kit to get rid of the small factory 14.5 Amp Alternator, this way, work lights and other electrical devices can work without dragging on the battery, now with the upgrade kit to 40 Amps we can finally get some electrical power for lights and such. The good folks at Messick.com located the Kubota Part (Kit # B7311) at a cost of $210.00 for the entire kit. We wait in anticipation for its arrival so that I can install it. :-)

I am in the process of rebuilding a primary clutch off a 2007 or 2008 4x2 gator. Not sure what the internals look like in your clutch. There is a solution for removal in this forum. The only difference was mine was a 17mm thread. There is a tool you can buy but you will probably never receive it. Use the 17mm bolt with 1/2 inch dia. rod 3 and some inches long. If the rollers are flat as mine were I bought drill bushings from CarrLane tooling company. Bronze inserts from a local bearing company. Total cost was approx. 50.00 and some change. Hope this helps.

Mrwurm I noticed that you might have diagram for adjusting 7308 pressure relief valve on a NH c35d tractor and was wandering if you would be so kind to send them to me,just bought one and I also believe it has low pressure cuz it won't lift a full bucket of material. It on has 440 hrs. Thank you.

If the DB880 has been sitting 4 years,I would drain the Hydraulic oil,pour 6 gallon of diesel fuel in transmission in case engage PTO and let run a few minutes ,drain and refill with new Oil.
I have done this and many time it will work better. Good Luck.
An 880 David Brown is a Great Tractor Just need to store inside because if it is outside water will drain around gear sticks into Transmission and cause the Pump to go out.

Not familiar with your tractor as I have Foton 404, but I bought a used 3pt. back hoe and have worked the heck out of it with no issues. I dug 1800 ft thru reclaim 4 1/2 foot depth and don't think I could possibly work one any harder. Read some of the posts under 3pt attachment - back hoes for more info.

Do you have the lines hooked up correctly? and or the electrical lines hooked correctly? If your electrical wire are switched I believe it could cause this

Fuel these days is so bad, any time I hear a story like this my comment is always the same, pull the air filter off and either give it a shot of starting fluid or pour a little gas down the carb throat.

The Ethanol will cause the carb to plug up, and / or rubber components to break down so fast that in just a month or two you have a clogged up carburetor.

If it starts or even tries on this method, just get the carb rebuilt and be done with it.

Always use either 100% gasoline, NO Ethanol, or dose it up really good with a quality additive like SeaFoam or Sta-bil.
