How many hours since overhaul? What was the breakin procedure? I wonder if the rings haven't seated yet? 350 seems low for a just rebuilt motor. Did you check the injector? They could be leaking or bad spray pattern.

Working on this for a family member... Gauges have never worked on this tractor so I have replaced all relays and fuses, checked every connection cleaned and reconnected and still nothing. The gauges will light up and all lights, blinkers, and horn still work but, theirs no oil pressure, temp,or rpm readings and the hour meter says error. Im at a loss the only thing i've found is a ground that is not hooked up so, i scuffed off the paint stuck it on the frame and it got me no where lol.<br>
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My guess on best time to sell there is same as here, as the weather is beginning to warm. For more people are out and using their equipment. Of course where you are if snow equipment this would be a good time to sell.

Then you can post to sell now just be sure you are no using an auction where there is no price protection for you and it may sell for equipment will sell year round, just winter is normally slow. kt

With two excavators am assuming he was in business. If so he had friends in the business and knew those to stay away from. Reach out to his friends and even the dealerships of those brands there for help. There is two issues with my suggestion, one they may want the machine themselves and low ball the price and the other is they may not have broad enough experience to give an accurate price. His friends phone numbers are probably in his cell phone if you have that. I would try to get two to help me on price and if they are near each other probably will be ok if not get a third estimate. But the suggestion to check those web sites is very good. kt

You will be splitting the tractor to fix your issue unless you are lucky and it is in the shifter mechanism.

It wasn't me, but I do have some limited experience with one.

A family member has one and a dealer gave me some time back to use for a while as a demo unit. He hoped I'd buy some from him.

My was, and still is, they're a lot like a Swiss Army knife. They were built to do, and will do, a bunch of different things, but not always very well.

I also don't find they offer much in the way of value.

For what they cost, never mind you're then stuck with only their attachments, you have lots of other choices.

At the time I recall shutting down the gabby sales rep. by merely asking him what a Ventrac could do that a 4WD Kubota F series couldn't do? Especially given that I could buy a far more powerful Kubota for the same money or less?

At the time, a 37 hp 4WD Kubota F series with 72" deck was the same money as a 25hp Ventrac diesel.

Not much comparison between the two in my mind.

Every year I see more and more warnings about games being played on customers for today. Models made just for today with missing features and such being game in electronics. Clothes made out of lesser fabrics than normal model and yes the model really was already on sale.
