Y485 Fuel flooding my Fuel Injection Pump

Just purchased an 805. The ignition is not starting the tractor after the first few weeks in the hay field. Previous owner never had a problem with it but is also the one who let the rats nest get built under the dash after letting it just sit few the past two years. Traced every wire I know and still have nothing hitting the starter. Think it may be a fuse or some sort of relay. Does anyone have some info on this?

I am having the same problem with my DK45. It is not pouring but it exits below the wheel at the bearing and dust seal. I am assuming the seal at the output shaft inside the pumb is allowing the fluid to rise in the column and ease out directly under the steering wheel. I have been told the new replacment is $1400.00.

I there any way to have it repaired.. may just be that one seal. Steering is working fine.

I'm not a veteran commuter, just a year or so after high school I drove 60 miles round trip to a job, after that about three miles to care for livestock on a "Distant" farm.
But this isn't the topic you guys are going after, yes we tend to follow our kids when we retire so we are content to stay in Icebox, Iowa. Four of our five kids have settled within the Cedar Rapids, Marion metro where we are now, the fifth is near the Twin Cities, that's about five hours as the Chevy goes.
Several of our friends and old classmates that are still sucking air have gone south, we considered it but Kids and Grandkids tend to keep us close. At risk of upsetting those in the south, I just never cared that much for snakes, alligators and big bugs, we have little bugs up here but they all freeze to death in the winter. when it gets too cold or too hot I just don't go out.
To each his or her own I guess.

For years there has been nothing in the breathers other then possibly a screen on the top where they fasten to the block. Most time's it might be more white from it just being moisture. I have seen engines that still run with a fog to the ground of oil!
Normally it is ring blow by.

The option I was considering was to keep the Tractor in the garage and just detach the loader and leave it outside with the grader blade and maybe the snowblower attachment.

You have a good point on the car being outdoors as cars are outside most of the time anyway.

On the tent buildings my neighbor has had one for years. What would you use to create a vapor barrier in a tent structure?

I have cleaned and change all filters, also new oil, took off the pressure line from the pump to the p valve no pressure or oil from front pump. took off line from the transmission pump to the front pump all kinds of oil. Checked the trans pump per jd, should pump 1 gallon per every 10 seconds at 2500 rpms. Pump in trans is to specs. I am now taking out the front pump. Fun job! Will keep you posted!

whooper, no idea the design of the linkage there but have you looked carefully for bent linkage or the rod into the transmission and also for broken roll pin or loose set screw that could have been working loose and finally has? Also spring on the linkage or trash interfering with it's return to position. kt

I have a 2000 New Holland 545D and the 3pt hitch stays up. It leaks off overnight but when the tractor starts it moves back up. Control levers seem to have no effect. Could be a stuck valve? This happened once before and the problem seemed to fix itself. Anyone else ever have this problem?

If you are good at fabrication many loaders for different brands are all built by just a few companies so it could be made to fit. I would doubt that the company that builds kioti loaders would be the same as the new Holland.

Can someone tell me where I can buy parts for my Agracat 200 tractor? I am having such a hard time getting the parts I need. None of the parts dealers I have contacted seem to be able to help me. I am looking for a Pull Rod joint, a Coupling starding shaft, and oil seals. Do you know of any dealer who has these parts in stock without having to wait for China to send them to them? Thank you. :-(
