Thanks to both of you for your reply. It looks like I should get my truck in the garage first and install the new shocks and latter rack, to get it ready for spring, be for I do the tractor. Sounds like this could take a while getting parts right, if I have to disassemble then send out for parts.
I used the tractor all winter to plow snow and noted that the clutch was getting very high. I do not see any way to adjust the clutch so I think I better replace it be for its time to start tilling gardens. I do a lot of them each spring for people in the city .This little tractor dose a good job on smaller gardens in tight spaces .
I just want to make sure I take everything apart right in the right places and get it back together again.:-)

I pack a second bar and two spare chains when I'm working an inconvenient distance from electricity. The other alternative is to buy an inverter and power the sharpener with your vehicle battery.<br>

But if you're dedicated to the sharpening stick, you can have mine. I've got two or three that have been gathering dust ever since I bought the HF sharpener.<br>

I do use the 3 point for a number of other things, but nothing requiring hydraulics. so leaving the hoses on, and connected together when not being used for the splitter,should be fine.
Do you use your set up for diffrent attachments, other than the loader and back hoe? Got the photo by the way!

I think on some Belarus models there's a duel 12/24-volt system, so check for that.

I doubt you'll get a diagram, but what could be simpler? If the factory design is an odd-ball, toss it and start over and don't even bother going through the ignition switch.

A solid company that makes rugged machinery. But all a tractor is good for is a place to sit and maybe to show off on your driveway. OK, maybe to tow something.

The work is done by the attachments, so focus less on the tractor and more on what you'll put on it. How good, how easy to install/remove, how much when part of a total package. (What if you want a mid-mount mower and none is available? What if you decide to install a FEL and find it's one-third the cost of the whole tractor?)

The next issue is service. You won't get replacement parts at the local TSC store -- you'll be a captive of the dealer. (Less so if you get a service manual with it and know how to follow its directions.) Every machine will need service. What if it won't start? It may be under warranty but how will it get together with the mechanic?

Of course, try one out. If you're a big guy, you may learn that in other countries the operators are half your size.

I do not for sure but I think the 5MPH bumper rule has expired for some time now. I think the basis is probably that it is better for cars to disintegrate nicely and absorb rather withstand the force of impact.

I think some manufacturers have taken the impact absorption design to such an extreme that their cars would incur thousands of dollars of damage from just a 1 MPH touch.

I just read somewhere that the 2015 Fords will have a lot of aluminum body panels in place of steel, enough to take 700 lbs. off the weight of a comparable 2014. Their goal is to take enough weight off to approach 30 MPG.

Our son in law is a clunker guy, he won't buy a car with less than 150K. It does amaze me that he has very little trouble getting them to 250 or 300K one Oldsmobile wagon he has with 350K is still going. A timing chain or two and a few alternators and starters is about all he spends much on.

Yesterday out two times on the drive. Midday to try to scrape some more of the compacted snow and ice. Then again at dusk to scrape just before it freezes, going to be a daily ritual I am afraid....

I am looking for a snow plow for my 825i gator. I am mainly interested in either the Boss V plow or the Powertach 72". I can't seem to find information on whether I can use my 2" front receiver hitch when I release the blade assembly, or if I have to remove the whole bracket assembly each Spring. Does anyone know what's involved?<br>

I've changed oil on these things many times.I hate the mess it makes,no matter how careful you are.
One caution is get the specific oil filter wrench that fits housing.[amazon] Housing is plastic,breaks easily. I used my large channel locks first time,I was not comfortible doing it though. I heard housing costs $75.00 or more.So be careful.
I also heard local Toyota dealer likes jiffy lube,they break them a lot.

You should be able to find a replacement seat about anywhere that sells tractor supplies. Not a JD seat but one to fit.
