There are at least a couple of firms that sell plans to make a loader. I think one is called cadplans. And you could try Kubota dealers and tractor salvage yards.

I don't know much about Massey tractors, but what ever you buy make sure it has a front wheel assist.
Having the front wheels powered makes using a loader so much easier.

PS--- Sometimes, one end of the roll pin will have a tapered edge. That is the end that goes in the hole. The opposite end should be flat. Do not make the mistake of hammering the tapered end, if it has one.

That's weird timing. If you are mechanically inclined it's pretty straigth forward. JDGreen did good again.

My 4400 leaked new just out of warranty changed no problem. Pushing 11 years and 2000 hrs leakin again. Will add oil until spring.

Good idea..tried to remove old glue with mineral spirits and it did not even touch the stuff Even Acetone;Lacquer thinner and 3M adhesive remover did phase it..Using a burr removal tool in my Die grinder which seems to do a good job .Have two seats to redo and will try Gorilla glue.

When I worked on several brands of similar machines, if the owner provided a wiring diagram, I didn't look at it. They're all simple and similar to each other, and everything's out there in the open. Just find a tractor shop with a good electrics guy.

Hi Murf! Glad to hear you are planning for the future! LOTS of folks from up North have made the Blue Ridge their retirement home. My folks are currently preparing their home in Massachusetts to sell this spring. They bought some land here, on the lake about 10 years ago. We have so many transplants that you are more likely to hear a NEW YORK accent in line at the grocery store than the local Southern dialect. That being said, if you find a place OFF the lake, the prices are great and most of your neighbors will be locals. We have access to great medical care nearby in Roanoke, VA and the overall cost of living is much less than up North. Taxes are low , for now..., and most local governments are very conservative, NOT PROGRESSIVE!! ( Roanoke CITY being the exception to the rule ) MOST IMPORTANTLY, MUCH LESS SNOW!! :-) Consider taking a look at Bedford, Franklin, or Floyd counties. I bet you'd like it. Let me know if I can help. Lastly, lots of old tractors sitting in barns, waiting to be restored..if you are into that! Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback! I've sent out a note to all the dealers and tractor service companies (Kioti or not) and am waiting/hoping for feedback from them.

The trick is to get the tractor from the sellers property to meet point!

It (The carb)will probably benefit greatly from a jolly good clean out.
You need to take out the jets and blow it with compressed air. There may be some white deposits of corrosion in the bowl. Clean it out thoroughly. Given its age and the fact that you need to go to a certain amount of trouble anyway, it's worth spending a little money to replace the needle valve and the float. Also the float bowl seal.

Thank you for the reply , yes agreed from what I read, shame to buy blue then have to " design/build" the unit in the field. My unit has less than 900 hours ! I will post pics when I figure out how to attach them to the t/point site. Jerry in Delaware.
