Also what type of business and what percentage of building will be used may all come into play. It could have a lot ot do with the zoning also.

Ok guys..........my 4245 just got the new engine. It has the 12x12 Synchro with the forward reverse. It just locked up out of the blue this morning in low range and it will only shift into 1st and 2nd low. Any ideas??? NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!! The shop doesn't even have a guess.

I have a 135 that won't start. Got new battery and also rebuilt the starter because it was slugish. Still wont start. tried crossing the soleniod and get click but starter doesn't turn. Got a schemetic off the internet. It's a diesel and has no plugs. Im I missing something. If I cross the soleniod that should start it judging from the schemetic. Any body got any ideas.<br>

It's the 'smart key', it's not recognized by the car.

Do you get a 'start error' or some message like that in the odometer window when it happens?

It's not unheard of for a cylinder sleeve to pop up like that - may just mean a bad O-ring on a wet-sleeved engine. I'd suggest you call Tommy at Affordable Tractor Sales in Texas. He's a great source, and would likely be your best bet for assistance with information and/or parts, up to an entire engine if need be. Good odds that you don't need a new engine though - call him. 979.865.4002

I just got a 2012 C250 Coupe. This is my first German car. So far im very impressed. I was wondering if there are any known mods or hacks for the Comand System or for anything else in the car. I used to have a Lexus GS430, and I had modded it to continue showing DVD video even when the car is moving. <br>

I am trying to order oil filters for my ML320 on Amazon, and then 8 come up. Some have three, some have 4, and some have no o rings with it. How do I know which to order.<br>

I have a 2010 GLK350, which I absolutely love. However, the weatherstriping on both front doors has prematurely failed, near the seat bolsters. I can't believe that the slight rubbing when entering or leaving the vehicle should be sufficient to cause this. The driver's side has already been replaced once (under warranty), and now the passenger side is failing (flaking black particles). <br>

Has any GLK350 owner experienced this problem? At my next service I plan on requesting a warranty replacement for the passenger side. However, after only a year the driver's side is already showing signs of wear, indicating to me that back then M-B had not made any material changes to the weatherstriping to address this. Note the seats show no signs of any wear whatsoever. <br>

The dealer previoulsy has stated there are no service bulletins on this. Have any other GLK350 owners experienced this problem?

After reading the forums here on what to do with my 89 wagon failed rear shocks, I researched alternatives to the hydro system as the value of the car did not warrant new units.<br>
I went on the Monroe website and found a pair of air shocks that fit with minimum hassle. they are part # MA705 and cost $57.00/pair<br>
You need to drill a 7/16 hole in the lower A-arm and do a little grinding/hammering around the shock tunnel for clearance on the upper shock tube. Took me about 3 hours to complete and the car is now better than before. You can set the ride height anywhere you want it, ( I use 90 psi).<br>
This works and can save a lot of wagons a premature death as the new hydro units ( and all the other parts that go bad ) are expensive.

The driver side door of my car is making a popping sound as the door is opened and closed. It is typically two pops per open/close. The issue seems to be a bi-metal strip that is attached to the car and passes into the door. I suppose this is some means to aide in keeping the door at a certain position.<br>

I attempted to oil/grease the area with no success. Noise is now louder than before. What should I do? Is there a "home remedy" that I can attempt?<br>
