Yes, I was wrong. the correct model No. is a 27V. They aso built opther versions of the same mower that were a trailer type that would have had a differnt model number.
I do have a quite extensive "Stash" of old mostly IHC owner's manuals but I'd have to dig a while to see if I have one. An IHC collector swap meet would be a good place to start if I don't have it.
There really is no need for a three point top link, they were meant to ride on the caster wheel whether in use or going down the road.
It is remotely possible that a Case/IH dealership might have some of the more popular parts like sickle sections, guards, pitman sticks, and maybe the drive belt, they built a zillion of them back in their day.

When you buy a tractor made in a non-English-speaking country that is not marketed for sale in an English-speaking one, the maker won't provide documentation in English. Sometimes there are workarounds; try googling "hinomoto tractor manuals." Good luck.

Hey turns out it was the gas tank had bugs, debri and water from bad desil. The Kubota service cleaned it out, changed the filter again and so far it's running great.

This seems like I have found the place for answers. I have read a few posts and I apologize in advance if these questions have already been answered. I just bought a Belarus 250 and drove her home to my farm it took about 3 hours. Anyway she ran like a top until I got home. I went to turn around in the lane way and couldn't get er' back into gear?? The next day I went out and started using her to move some manure around and she worked for about 10 min, then no more gears again?? Ideas?<br>

The next issue. One I already new about was the starter. We had to bum start her at the point of purchase but only took half turn of the rear tire to start so I bought it anyway. My brother in-law who is a mechanic looked at it and we found that the starter is spinning the wrong way. The guy I bought the tractor from said that he had the dealer do something to the starter and he was charged $100 but then he broke the solenoid when he tried to reinstall, ( I get the feeling he is not a mechanic or is he mechanically inclined). I mean the starter is in a giant open space how do you break it installing it?? He put a new solenoid on and installed starter but has not worked. Anyway, as you've guessed I'm long winded but my question is. How is the battery supposed to be wired, is it positive ground. I know that this was a common practice in the Russia back in the day. Even better does anyone have a complete wiring diagram or manual for this tractor?<br>

A PTO is the drive system--power take off. You mean the 3 point hitch won't move. Check any linkages going to/from the 3pt hitch control lever that may have come loose.

Noise comes from the engine as well as vibration of the bed and frame.

This is a simple problem to solve but not without a certain amount of expense.

The BOTA is different than others because it is designed as a work vehicle, not a toy.

So...all that metal needs a little dampening.

I am in the process of correcting my 900 and will be happy to post my mods to date.

I do agree that the two guards under the dump bed should be better designed and in my case they were the first.

Below is a copy of the text of a .doc I have developed and am in the process of completing. So no pictures here. Product used is from DYNAMAT.

Kubota 2008 RTV 900 Noise Abatement Project.
The project is designed to reduce the mechanical noise of the 3 cylinder diesel engine as well as the vibration of sheet metal harmonics on the Kubota.
What I have completed
1. Picture 1 is of the underside of the dump bed and shows the installation of the Xtreme Dynamat material.
2. 2. Picture 2 is of the back side of the seating module and some of the Dynamat can be seen from this angle.

The next step will be to install Hoodliner over the Dynamat. I have built an aluminum cover for the underside of the dump bed but this may not be required. The plate is being held in position for the picture with a �cow stick�, plans are to use self tapping screws to mount it to the dump bed cross members before the application of Dyanmat products. The center rectangle is to allow clearance for a hydraulic cylinder for a dump system. This Kubota does not have the lift kit but maybe later I can install one.
3. Picture 4 is a view of what amounts to the engine bay. A problem with this installation will be to add a frame to finish out the engine bay�s mounts so we can install Dynamat in a continuous manner, this to limit noise leaks. Not a big deal but something that needs to be considered if a �KIT� is developed.
This is a picture of the Hoodliner over the Engine bay. Happy to say that it can be used with very little waste, even if it is cut to match the Dynamat material installed now or if it is installed directly to the aluminum plate I made. Yup, I know it is upside down but the picture looks better this way!
Other steps to develop an installation package,
A. Install Dynadeck in the dump bed�s deck. Currently I have a horse stall mat that is recycled tire material. If I had known about Dynamat before I purchased the Horse Stall Mat material I could have saved some money. But nothing was really lost for it proved to me that I was on the right track.
B. Install Dynadeck in the floor board area of the front seat.
C. Install Dynaplate under the floor board area.
D. Install Dynaplate in the front wheel wells.
E. Install some variant of Dynapad under the lift up seat. Currently this area has a bit of a noise leak which I was unable to isolate with the Xtreme Dyanmat due to the design of the plastic molded seat housing.
F. With the addition of a frame to support the planned Dynamat products we will be able to complete an engine/transaxle bay that will reduce the noise from �as built� Kubota design.
I have purchased and installed one pack of 9 sheets of Xtreme Dynamat . With the pictures of the current install complete I will install the Hoodliner, as soon as I decide if adding the aluminum plate to the bottom of the dump bed is worth the effort.

Is it a B7100 or a B1700??? I have only been selling the Kubota since 1999? The B7100 was built from early 1970's thru 1985 or so. The B1700 was around 1997 to around 2000?

I've never had them and really can't think of any reason why I'd want them. With a bit if practice you can regulate it by eye with the three point lift lever.
The only way I can vision any benefit would be to have a caster type wheel like on the back of a rotary cutter way out back like five foot ot more then a loose three point top link. That might make it work like the real long land leveler machines they use in gravity irrigation fields.

Correction: TYM does NOT build any John Deere models. They do distribute (assemble?) some Case IH and SAME tractors in S.Korea.

Good News! Raised the bed and using a bright light I saw a wire dangling by the starter and a flat prong so I plugged the wire back onto the prong and it started! I never expected it to be that simple. Thanks for your help.

Most people that I have seen monitor rear implements over their right shoulder which is the way that I do it. The seat turns to the left.

charge up the battery then try it. if it dosnt engage with a full battery then it could be the starter.
