Contact the guy in the link below. He sold them right up till about 2007. I still rely on him for parts for my TS354. The engine in yours will be different though. Make sure you copy down the info on the engine plate before you call him. They're usually on the valve cover or on the side of the engine block. Wouldn't hurt to copy the info on the tractor plate too, if it's still attached. They're usually mounted either inside a rear fender, or alongside the tranny housing.<br>

I'm new to the sight so forgive me as I learn. I'm looking at purchasing my first tractor. I have my eye on a used 2007 Kioti DK40SE with FEL, box blade and brushhog with 55 hours on it. Asking price is $15,000.00. Can anyone give me some insight into the Kioti and particular experience with this model. After talking to the closest dealer (45 miles away), it seems like a good price. I just don't know much about the Kioti tractors. Thanks!

I wouldn't focus so much on rolling circumference as it doesn't really affect the gear ratio necessarily. What is more critical is the distance from the center of the wheel to the contact point. This changes with air pressure, tire and air temp and load; two tires of different circumferences could have the same axle-to-contact point dimension simply by altering the pressure. Conversely two identical tires with different pressures would have different ACP dimensions.

I've had a Jinma 304 for a bit over a year now and haven't had any problems that weren't of my own making. I opted for the 300 series because I need it to do some hefty hillside work and I wanted all the weight I could get for traction - the 304 is about a thousand pounds heavier than the 200 series, possibly more, and the drive train components are correspondingly heavier and sturdier. I have a FEL and I wanted the heavier front end for that.

The Jinma tractor is a real workhorse and the Jinma ZL30 loader is adequate - once I replaced the OEM control valve with an aftermarket one from RanchHand SUpply. That made all the difference in the world.

I run a 5' bush hog cutting cane grass and guinea grass that is dense and up to 8 feet tall. I wish I'd gotten a 6' instead of the 5', but there it is. I also have a 5' box blade that the tractor pulls with no effort at all - again, I probably should have gotten the 6'.

I'd have to say that I'm delighted with my Jinma. I'm sure I'd have been happy with a Kama or a Foton, too. The Chinese tractors have come a long way over the past decade and are pretty tough, reliable machines at a great value.

All the foregoing is based on proper set-up and maintenance. No tractor will tolerate crappy set-up or negligent maintenance for long. These are working machines that often get stressed to near their limits so they need attention. GIve them the attention they deserve and they do the job - they've been in hard use in China for thirty or forty years so they aren't junk.

My only real suggestion here is don't buy without being able to test it. For some reason many places think price is most important item on seat and don't realize how much time (hopefully) you will spend in it.

Northern Tool has a good selection but if you do order one watch for all the specs. Height of seat and location in relationship to the mounting holes are two that are easy to miss. Also pay attention to the distance from the front edge of the bottom to the seat back. I found many with such a shallow distance it was a pain to stay in the seat.

Sounds like it may be electrical. Did you change the plug? The ignitor is in the coil on those, could be that too.

Well my ignition switch was bad. Also found a disconnected wire under the left rear wheel. Fixed both and all is well!

My TC29D just started leaking oil from a hose that connects up to the oil filler neck. It puts out a serious puddle after just a few minutes, help!!

While you are running or trying to accelerate, pull the choke out some and see if you can get it to run better or worse. If you can control the running with the choke there is a good chance it is fuel, if not, it could be electrical. Is there a small silver ignitor on top of the motor? It has a black wire going into it.

Sounds like the steering rotary valve is either worn out or the torque rod inside has broken. I had one for a smallish backhoe only rebuilt (no parts were broken) ten years ago and it was over $700.

You might luckout by contacting supluscenter.com and matching one they sell for about $250.

I took mine apart and was surprised how simple they are inside. I would start there and see if anything is bad. Either way, I'd have it tested at a qualified hydraulics shop not necessarily a dealer whop might not the right equipment or try to sell you a new one.

I'm thinking that you get it as close as you can and the equalizer handles the rest. Essentially it is putting the same pressure on each cable because of the equalizer, even if it's crooked. It is a primitive system and if the brakes work at all you are ahead of the game. There are many 600, 622, and 626 AMTs around with little or no brakes. Thats why everything in the system needs to be as close to perfect as you can get it.

I have the BX 50" blower on my B7610, I paid around $2400 in 2004 for it new. The blower works well by the way. The blower uses the loaders control valve. Your dealer may have priced the blower assuming you were not getting the loader in which case he'd have to sell you the control valve.
