I wouldn't even attempt such a project not that it couldn't be done. The time and the cost for the parts alone would be enough to allow you to go buy a four wheel drive L225 tractor.

You're absolutely correct. The speed of operation is the only thing affected by the lower rate of fluid flow coming from your tractor's internal pump. This may be a good thing, since your hoe will be attached to the three-point hitch. It will give you time to halt operations, should something cause you a problem.

The only thing to watch out for is hydraulic leaks. Being that your hoe will be operating off of the tractor's hydraulic fluid reservoir, you'll need to carefully watch your tractor's fluid levels. I would advise that you also try to keep the hose ends as clean as possible, so that you don't contaminate the tractor's hydraulic fluid.

As I said on a previous post, I just bought a TC30 with 7308 loader today for $13,995 and -0-% interest for 5 years. This dealer is about 20 miles from me and I have bought and sold other equipment with them.
Before I made the deal, (on the phone), I called two other New Holland dealers in Southern Oregon, much further away. One gave me a price of $15,985 and the other was at, $17,++0. although I did not ask, I figured they were Hydrostatic which I did not want and one had indurstrial tires which I don't care about. I think those prices are more in line with the T-1510 or T-1520.
My dealer bought 150 TC30s last year and has only about 12 left. He gave me impression that they are no longer available, that the T1510 has replaced the TC30 for about 3-grand more. The 1510 is the same tractor except they have a "2-position" draw bar, that would be nice but not for $3,000 I'm sure there must be some other changes tho.

I just bought a new TC30 + Loader today, it has a standard 9X3 tranmission the price is $12995, I financed it for 60 months with -0%- interest.
I am curious if there will be any problem with the new Low Sulphur Diesel. I keep asking this question but know one seems to know. I called NH's service line this morning to find out and the guy in Bombay India, that talkes funny, did not know either.
I did read on the NH web site last night that 80% of NH, new products, will now run on B100 but I doubt that the compacts are included and I would not even know where to get it. I just don't want to have to buy an additive for a new engine what with the price of diesel here, ($3.75) not that I am too worried about fuel consumption in the TC30, my TC33 ran about 1.3 gal per hour when working hard, my Ford-NH 3010 used 3.0 gla per Hr. under heavy load.

If it looks anything like mine Dennis, the gravel driveway has taken its toll on the fan and chute relative to paint. All it took was a few miscalculations when the ground was not completely frozen to turn the thing into a machine gun :)

1hillbilly, Kelly was and to my knowledge still owned by goodyear my father worked for Kelly for about 30 years. Their line always paralleled Goodyear. For years when I was a kid all we ever had were Kelly's my dad would pick the Goodyear tire he wanted then get the Kelly version he only paid about 50% (he got a discount)for virtually the same tire. I just last week replaced the original Tires on my wifes 04 Expedition she had 70,000 on them. I was happy with that. I bought Goodyear Wranglers which I always had good luck in the past with. It is very important to get the car aligned with the new tires.

I spoke with my Geeksquad gal from Best Buy and found out I can place them in a variety of positions without blowing things up. Turned out that the 1GB memory had to be in sockets 1 & 3 with the 512's in 2 & 4 to recognize the 3GB memory through trial and error.

Am smoking now! Next is loading my new AutoDesk Inventor 2008 software and figure out Parametric Modeling!

Hi All,

Just as a followup to my previous posts and to let you know how it goes ...... basically it is a really nice little tractor and I am amazed at the power it has. Great in plowing out the driveway of snow ( will be better once I know how to use it better ) and great for fooling around out back.
Need more weight in the back end so going to get a 5'box blade which I need anyways for other chores once the weather turns better. Wish the bucket was 54" instead of 48" only because I could then see it better.

Would be nice to get a backhoe for it but no way could afford one right now.

Overall I am more than please with it and would buy another one without hesitation.

Then coming out of the steering box is the upper steering arm. It's typically connected to a long (steering) rod that goes forward to the lower steering arm which turns a steering bracket mounted on the front axle assembly. That bracket typically turns one wheel AND moves a tie rod, which then turns the other wheel in kind. <br>

So. When you turn the steering wheel, does the upper steering arm move? the steering rod? the lower steering steering arm? <br>
