I looked at the tools needed to take them apart and it looked like this type of connection is best used where you have good access to fiddle with it. I wonder how the plastic parts hold up as well.

In all but a very few instances the water is the product of a reverse osmosis circuit.

Distillation is too expensive for producing water for commercial uses. Well, all except for making hooch that is. ;)

The only problem with the shark bite fittings is that they are expensive. Make sure that they give you the little shark bite release tool so you can take the fitting off if you mess up.

With copper prices going through the roof you are going to see alot more PEX used.

I recently purchased a cub cadet 3206 with 48" mower and 48" snow blower both shaft drive for 2500.00. does anyone one know when they started making this model. I also need to locate repair and owners manuals for it. Its in very nice shape almost no rust runs great.

Dennis, I just spoke with the person who tipped me off to this trick, he stated that if you have a real problem with material building up in the tank you can sort of power wash the tank easily.

If you have a hose to the laundry tubs, shut off the cold water inlet to the tank and turn off the heater itself then drain the hot water tank into the tubs as far as it will drain, now hook the hose to the tap in the laundry room and start refilling it from the bottom (if your hose doesn't screw directly onto the tap, you can get an adapter at most home centers or hardware stores). After the water has run for a few minutes, turn on the cold water inlet, and unscrew the hose from the tap.

The water reversing direction and blasting in the sediment drain should clear most of it out.

Don't the road tractors and cars run in the temp. The dye I thought was to keep farmers from useing diesel that was tax exempt for tax on farm uses. You might want to get an additive to keep it from gelling. When I drove on the road we used it because all terminals might not add it.

Bvinduck; I did forget to mention that in the info from the Deere website on 48 hoes that the subframe for your series tractors is called a "Weldement". to me that says that you get a kit which is welded up to an existing subframe for the smaller tractors. Your question about the subframe being in the way for other attachments; No not anything I have encontered would call for removing the subframe. When you mount the hoe on the tractor you must remeve the three point hitch lower arms and the upper three point link, a five minute job going on or off. Mounting the hoe after subframe installation just taking you time to be sure you do the steps in proper sequence is ten minutes tops with no lifting, the tractor three point upper arms do that for you. Mounting of the hoe it'self is pretty simple long as you have parked the hoe on a reasonably level surface. Hope this helps. Frank.

Don't buy a shibaura 2643 nor the Ford 1910, spares are very expensive if they are available. I would go for a Ford 4000 if I could afford it.

Another item you might try after you identify the current problem is to install a set of underdrive pulleys on the engine for the crank and alternator. They free up a little hp that might save you 1 mpg give or take.

I drove the 2006 Santa Fe and the new 2007 redesign. What a difference. First the 2006 felt like someone put the shell of a 1960's car on top of a shopping cart with little wheels.<br>

The redesign made the car into a sleek smooth contender in the small SUV segment. Unfortunately, while the V6 is smooth it sucks gas and gets about 19 MPG. It offers the 3rd row seat for 2 more passengers, but if you use it you have zero cargo space for even a tooth brush.<br>

I am a bit a novice and don't know what cylinder flex refers to. Can you elaborate? I first noticed after I used the bucket to compress snow. I used the bucket on a sleigh run going backwards down the hill and compressing the snow.
I also clean the drive way and sometime the bucket's edge shudders on a rock that sticks out a bit but no marks are made on the bucket's edge nor did I think there to be to much stress. The play in the cylinder is only in the top 1 inch of the cylinder and due to that the bucket can be pushed farther up and with it the cylinder onto the frame. I find it od that this should happen. If the cylinder cant take that little stress I may as well do the snow removal by hand.
I called the dealer today and he had no such problems from other users but will contact Buhler. He does not think that it is done by missuse. I will keep you posted

Sometimes the members can be over protective, just because someone is in business does not make them the bad guys. They can actually be helpful to the site. Time will usually tell as to which way they are headed. I do think we should give them a little rope before we jump to that conclusion unless it is blatantly obvious.<br>

In this case I believe he got jumped on because he was not answering anyones question, and leaving a link to his business. He never registered, and never answered anyones question subsequently. Most spammers never come back to the site where they deposit the link to their business, it is how you get reach for your site. A link from here has economic value, so he got a free ride for two years.<br>

Most people I asked that had 3 point hoe attachments advised me against them, and recomended at least a subframe unit. I looked a long time, did test runs, and kept notes. I finally bought a used Terramite that was in really good condition. It is awesome, however it is built as a loader backhoe only, I can't cut grass with it.

My Toyota Tacoma is the same way. The sheet metal is very light and the tailgates are so flimsy that they have been known to bend when a guy sits or stands in the center of them. Unfortunately *all* vehicles are following this trend. The lighter the vehicle is the better the mileage and with the new CAFE standards in the wings it will only get worse. But that doesn't explain the below average mileage you're seeing now.
