I use a 2005 cushman turf truckster at work they have 1 passenger seat and come with all sorts of goodies and move through some tough terrain wit loads of cargo space and can haul 2000 some lbs here is a link hope this helps.

You topped my worst gift Murf! I bought mine one of the first big screen TVs for a wedding present. Bride is still here, TV was hit by lightning just after the five year warranty was up. Always wondered about that incident.

I'm smarter now. This year she gets some snow shoes and a diamond bracelet.

I have been doing something similar- the price of 2" was too high for me also, so I decided to down-size and go with multiple strands of 1". To tighten it up, I use splices around a turnbuckle. The manila will stretch early on, but eventually you would be able to get it as tight as you need it.
I'm getting it at Tractor Supply, special ordered 300" spool for $210.

I am looking at buying a JD 503 bush hog to used on my Kubota L2850. The unit looks ok with the normal rust and ware. The guy wants $250 for it and I am considering it. Do anyone know anything about these cutters and will it fit my Kubota OK.<br>

I am not a lawyer nor a claims adjuster...that said...they will look at medical bills for all testing you have to come to some idea of how badly you were injuried. They like to use 3 times those for injury type payments. So if you hurt, be sure you have it checked out. A lack of test is not your friend. You may have to repay your health insurance company for such when the insuranced company settles with you. Keep good records...work missed and such. Keep records of your conversations with them also. Hey, tape them. They are taping you.

Hmmm, this past Saturday I was in tee shirt and right warm as I spread lime. No heater on or cab. Life in the cool South. Got to rub it in right now. In heat wave even for us of the mid 70's. I really don't know how some of you handle it without heated cabs.

Assuming you have a half-inch of clearance, find a chain firm that will custom-make. Regular chain on the outside and the rolling surface, but cable on the inside.

Any tractor dealer that does tires or tire dealer that does tractors can fix you up. I use chains on all four for snow pushing and haven't had any trouble yet, but it's only been 30 years. But I never use 4WD unless there's slippage.

I have an ancient American splitter I run off the rear remote with my JD4310. I picked it up for $300. For a homeowner it is a life saver. My daughter now wants me to wait until she comes home for the holidays so she can split wood with me. I imagine it is a little slow if this was for commercial operation.

I have an '02 New Holland TC33D and an '05 NH LS 185.b skid steer. Neither has the level of sophisticated electronics you mention. I will agree NH falls way short on technician training---when my skid steer electronics took a dump a week after I had it, the dealer siad they never had been trained nor had any manuals for it. It ttok them a week to find a bad $15 diode.

What machine do you have?

We've had call to do this sort of thing in the past.

We found the simplest beast for the job was a small Honda horizontal shaft engine driving a very long chainsaw bar through a centrifugal clutch (for safety and ease of starting) and a speed increasing belt drive setup.

Mount it however you please, we made it mount to the base plate of the loaders' quick-attach system. This allowed great vision and fantastic reach.

Yes Murf that is how I did it. I had a very small amount of cement ooze out after I compressed it on the hinge, and just wiped it off.

The test Jotul suggests for testing the seal is to put a dollar bill, (US as those Canadian dollars are worth more ;) ). If it slides out easily you should replace the gaskets, check in several locations.

Most of our parking lots have electrical outlets available to the employees who work in the malls, etc. Nearly every motel has electrical outlets installed in the parking lot for the overnight customers. The local nursing home has electrical outlets installed for the employees at every parking spot, as does the local motel.

Back in February, Super Bowl Sunday, we had our lowest recorded temperature so far in 2007......at -42 degrees F...without the wind chill. No vehicle will start at those extremely low temperatures, unless some form of heat is supplied to the engine and battery.

My house was full of overnight guests for the Super Bowl party we hosted. There wasn't enough room for everyone to park inside the garage, nor enough outlets for everyone to plug in their block heaters. The next morning we had to plug in the Knipco heater and place it in front of each vehicle, one at a time, until we got all of them running. I had to bring the heater inside, several times, to thaw it out, as the fuel was gelling in the tank. It was after noon before every vehicle was started.

At -49 propane will no longer boil, and the furnaces go out. I've seen it happen a few times.

It gets a bit chilly here. hehehe.

When it's hot just make sure you keep the rdiator screen clean or it will overheat. My Bota 7510 will overheat with a dirty screen and so will most. My Bota gets hot when I run it hot in 90 degree days when I run it hard hogging and cutting tall alfalfa and weeds.

There are several ways to do this; you'll find MUCH info here on this topic. One way is to use a 4-way selector valve on the bucket curl circuit. The valves are about $60-80. Basically you mount the valve near you, disconnect and run the lines that come from the loader valve to the loader curl cylinders and connect them to the new valve on the IN side. At the OUT side connect the existing curl lines to one side/set of ports, then run two new lines from the new valve all the way down to the plow angle cylinders with quick disconnects near the plow. You will have a choice of either angling the plow or curling the bucket--but not both at the same time. Call Bailey Int. Corp. at 1-800-800-1810 for parts or go to their web site.
