Vineland is in South Jersey, close Cap May. been there couple times, as Dennis said, very crowed. Own a small farm is my dream too. Just did it.
Closing next week. It is in Orange County, NY. Close NJ north border. The price is not that crazy. total 36+ acres, 4 acres highland can build house, others are muck land, half woods, half open old farm land, black dirt.

Anyone have trouble with E-Hydro pulling a fully loaded box blade. I bought the tractor 6-7-07 new, the problem is after the blade is full the transmission stops pulling, I have to depress the pedal almost to the floor to get moving again and when the blade unloads it lurches forward at a much higher speed. I can set the cruse at 1.5 MPH and load the blade and trans works fine. The dealer adjusted the trans and it works much better now but still could use improvment, the dealer said he could not adjust outside spec. Anyone have any ideas. JB

As I said, I don't really need them just want them. My old bronco NEEDS them because none of the guages work and I tried everything I know to do. As from my other recent posts about my tractor running hot, it got so hot a couple of times that condensation formed on the inside of the glass of the guage. I too would rather not have metric guages and that may be reason enough to change them. I assume replacing them with standard 2" automotive guages would work unless someone can tell me why I shouldn't or why it won't work.

Ok, now that you know what the problem was, do take the time to install an AIR FILTER before the radiator. If not you'll be pulling the radiator often to clean it. Some use A/C filters. What ever you settel on, it's lots easer to clean a filter than pull the radiator.

Thanks, Billy. I will stop thinking use a generator to do these things. Just use a 5HP gasoline motor pump is much easer. When I have a barn with power line, air compressor should be fine.

I am being told that they do nothing until it is all done, then start the paper work/online process for warranty coverage. Should have info back in 30 days once sent in on coverage. I have requested that I get the hydro unit back if not covered by warranty. Being told also this is a laborious job and busy with other jobs.

Just have to keep her busy mowing and gardening with your tractor and then you can justify that you never get to use it for what you need as she always has it!!!

Thank a lot Joel. Looks others talking about KB L2800/3400 PTO issue, looks a independent PTO is must to me if main job is tillgate. With a ~40HP and 32-34HP PTO, do you think 6' tiller is too much? or give make it easy just pick a 5' one.
I try to rent a 5' bush hog from United Rental, they said it is very hard for me to connect, they said better rent the tractor with it together. That make me think how hard I can connect a two bottom moldboard plow and tiller to the hitch by myself in the feature:-( .Is the 3-pt Quick-Change system very helpful? NorthTools sell them $199, see the link below.

Not being familar with your machine...look for something that looks like a spark plug of sorts but instead of a wire going to it, it will have a steel fuel line going to it. The injectors go into the head or upper portion of the motor. Follow the steel line down to where they all converge into the injector pump.

earth......my dealer said the same thing about Woods. I own the Bush Hog SQ60 b/c of my dealer recommendation. He used to carry Woods equipment but now mostly Bush Hog. He said Woods had some problems in the past with quality such as rear blades being bent, etc. and then the company wouldn't take care of it.

He said he'd get me Woods if I wanted it but he never had any complaints on the Bush Hog stuff. He's been in business for 37 years and is a well respected guy in my area.....I took his advice and I really like my Squealer.

We had a Woods bush hog for our JD and a rear blade as well.........granted they were well used and had some years on them but I can tell you that we've repaired and even had that blade professionally welded multiple times and the thing constantly breaks where the blade and the support arm come together. It's a piss poor design.

The 6ft. Bush Hog blade for my Kubota has been very nice so far.

The alternator is only 15 amps in the first place. And the three wire design doesn't excite at low RPMs anyway. You almost need to be at working RPMs before viable charging voltage is produced. Factor in the loose belt, and you've explained away a good portion of the problem. <br>

The Chinese wiring scheme doesn't help either. As delivered, charging voltage is bottlenecked via small gauge wire through the ignition switch, the ammeter, and the fuse box before eventually arriving at the battery. You won't top up a 12v battery very fast if only 11 volts are actually getting there. To more competently deliver charging voltage to the battery, I recommend a (minimum) 10ga connection between the output of the alternator and the battery cable post on the starter motor. From there it's routed directly to battery via the positive battery cable.<br>

You've identified the correct plugs for adding lubricant. It takes 5.5 pints of 80w90 gear oil, The level plugs are on the wheel housings. I sell a operators manual which has detailed maintenance information. Bill - satohparts.com 1-800-609-5110

I have a NH with a hydraulic toplink connected to a rear remote. I installed the remote kit myself and noticed that the check ball system is not that robust in that the machined surfaces aren't that well machined.

Thinking about your situation, I rethought my similar issue of leak down on my toplink. And this is what I came up with: Simply, the remotes are really intended to control a hydraulic cylinder that doesn't necessarily have weight or force on it, like a rake, blade, snow blower chute, etc. The only option I see for you is to lower the implement to the ground when not in use---thus eliminating any leakdown issue.

Yeah, knee pain did not go away, and gear grinding became annoying.......next one will be hydro./I am affraid there's no such thing like the next tractor... I'd like to trade this one in right the way and get hydro, but I'd lose my pants and a divorce procedures would kick in...lol
