Don't know if I'd call it huge, but it's much larger than what I could manage with a roto-tiller. It's about a half an acre under plow. I am using my brother-in-laws Kubota tractor, discs, and cultivator. We do have two different sets of sweeps. He hardly uses his cultivator at all, but I prefer discrete, well spaced, delineated rows, planting in hills and I'd like to use the cultivator to achieve that.<br>

I will be planting sweet corn, zipper cream peas, pinto beans, and lady cream peas.

Hi all newbie here....i recently got divorced and can't find any of the manuals for my tc29.....does anyone have a copy they can send me of the operators manual....a repair manual would also be helpful....i have a couple of minor problems and need to address them...any help would be appreciated...

Thank you for the help. I will look at loader options on the internet before returning to the dealer, so at least I have more knowledge just not more $$$.

You better grab that deal before they change their mind. I think you will find the 5105 to be a very basic "beans and bullets" reliable and bulletproof design tractor. My neighbor has one and loves his. Pretty much everything on this tractor is off the shelf proven design. It is certainly MUCH more beefy built than the 990 which is another very good machine. If this is the tractor that will work for you, I'd say go for it. I am sure you will be very satisfied with it and the price.

The float is just activated by pushing past the lower mode of your valve. There should be a bit of resistance to it when it is going into it.

Well the mystery is solved... After much head scratching, I found that the original fuse for the work light circuit was bad and the new fuse I replaced it with was also bad. I checked for voltage at the fuse panel and found it was good. I could not think of anything else to do so i grabbed another fuse out of the box and like magic, I had lights.

Nothing like fighting a bad fuse out of a new box.

Probably going to see a psychiatrist next week. It's interesting -- I also learned she has accumulated significant credit card debt (not sure if I mentioned this) which she says she wants to deal with. Yet today, off she goes with one of the kids and spend a ton of money onstuff we don't need. It's sad, because I see her get angry with herself for doing this, but she doesn't seem to be able to stop. And the kids are 2, almost 4, and almost 6. The oldest just wants to know why she can't stay here, the middle climbs all over her when she is here but doesn't ask for her when she isn't, and the third is fine until bedtime when she just wants her mommy...

I've gotten over the need to put a label on my wife's condidtion. Instead, I want to make sure that the diagnosis and subsequent treatment are right.

I ahve a 4wd l3000 32 HP and I am pulling 14" 2 bottom plows and I generaly can pull them in 2wd in all conditions no problem. Sometimes I have to use 4wd if I am breaking new ground. I used to have a b7300 and it did ok with 1-12" bottom so I think yours will do fine.

Hello, I'm looking at a TZ25DA with 80 hrs. It has the 10LA loader and 60" mower w/blower/bagger system. It's real clean. He's asking $12495. And one other question, can you put a small backhoe, also a rototiller on these little guys?<br>

I did not believe the see saw ended over a canyon. Think you have combined two ads. (If that is a true picture the driver must be nuts.) I drive a Tundra and have had Ford and Dodge I would never think that anyone's ad is anything more than to get your interest. How about Chevy saying the reason their 1/2 can pull so much is the boxed material used to make the frame. Wow, no drive train needed, just a great frame. I think all reserve the right for specs to change without any notice.

As to what is a full size 1/2 ton, there may be Federal Specs on that. I know my 1/2 ton Dodge had a much larger bed than the 1/2 ton Ford or Chevy of the same year and was 3 or more inches wider in the bed and cab. So were they not a full 1/2 ton?

The only tv I ever beleive was the General Lee making the jumps on the Dukes of Haazard and it never bent...

I own 6 Cub Cadets which 4 of them are nearly 30 years old. Yes, they keep on running but there is always some maintenance. Even my oldest ones are worth atleast $1,000.00. JD models always sell for more than a Cadet or one of the other major brands. Mine are all garden tractors vs: lawn tractors <br>

I would suggest going out and purchasing a new one at one of the big box stores which is just entry level. Another posibility is checking local newspapers for one that is nearly new and a step up in model for slightly higher quality.<br>

For both of those tractor models the factory set-ups are still available. I should say they are still in the books, I got caught on an L-35 this past year with a set of valves for top and tilt and wound up going thru parts! I'd opened my mouth and stuck to my price but it trippled the cost!

The box blade is a Bush Hog SBX72 and the rotary cutter is a BH SQ72. I asked the JD dealer to give me the biggest implements that the tracter would support.Thank you for your input, I now understand that bigger isnt always better. The reason I wanted the bigger bucket was all the snow we had this year. My house sits about 7000 feet above sea level and the snow is usually pretty light, but I have alot of quantity.

The Farm Pro 2430 uses a Jaingsu Jaingdong TY395 engine, older models didn't have glow plugs, but newer ones do. this is a direct inj. engine. Teh engine in the KM454 was a Feidong brand made by Shandong Tractor Works engine branch. Sort of a coincedence, I just got news tonight that the KM454 will reappear with... a Jaingsu Jaingdong TY495 engine that is EPA certified.
