Murf; Thanks for the info. First I was wrong, they have a one year warranty, not two year. I started out with Sears,Powerkraft(Monkey Ward) home owner grade machines and soon learned they just won't handle eight hours a day five days a week type service. An old friend who's furniture quality makes me look like I work with an axe led me to Powermatic/Jet, Delta, Milwauke, Bosch, etc. I've just never hnd an issue with reliability, performance, resale, etc. So why do I want to change? The price is attractive, but in the long run, what few service issues I've ever had were handled by the local dealer without any hassle. Guess I answered my own question, I'll order the Powermatic. I must not be looking in the right places as I haven't found any woodworking sited yet. Thanks again. Frank.

Most hydros have a by-pass valve that can be opened to allow the fluid to flow freely in the case you need to move them without the engine running.

Check your owners manual.

I have a B7200 with fel, I had a problem with starting when it was cold. It would crank but not fast enough to start. After putting in a new battery with more cranking amps, it still wouldn't start unless I boosted it. I had cleaned the positive cable end and replaced the clamp and it didn't help, then I put a heavy duty cable end on it which fits the cable better and now it starts good. I now need to fix steering arm pivot shaft as it moves around due to locating diameters being wallowed out. There is a lot of strain on this flange because of the fel. Is this a common problem?

I have the Agracat 2920 (Jinma 254 or FarmPro 25/4wd). I too have a couple of paddocks that I work with but I don't stack RB's. It's a nice little CUT and does everything I need. Less than 1/2 the price of the Green; yes they are some sacrifices made but for $10K I can live with'm. In three years I've had <$300 done on my Aggie by a professional mechanic (including parts). At this rate I figure my break even point is 2103.

On A couple after market loader and such all that is used is a ball valve to close the circuit. There is a valve used on the tail gates of New Holland balers that would work to. It is actually a one way spool valve.

There is no argument, Pine bark in my grill, limbs all over the road, my eyes are not painted on. Tarp them what a concept. Do something. Why do they tarp dump trucks? I drive 30 miles to work there are pine trees planted on both sides of the roads in neat little rows. That is alot of trees, and a lot of hauling. Just want them to clean up their act. Be responsible!!!!!

I could not read all of your post, however I can tell you that Brady is a great guy. I also worked with him to purchase a tractor and I live in PA. I have heard nothing but good things about his prices and service. If you have a chance to deal with him, I would highly recommend doing so.

I think if you look at the rubber it will go on easier one way. That is figuring every thing that is new is the same size as the old.

I have an ih 454 that I am replacing the headlights in. The lights are held by a square rubber mounting bushing. I have purchased new bushings and I can't seem to insert the lights into this new bushing. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this? I have tried lubricating with soap, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
