You know when you said been there, done that. I have been there done that. They borrow your stuff, tear it up, then give it back and say it broke. I think that is why ONTARIO wants to find the correct tractor that he can buy for the job.<br>

We dont have any rocks in southeast GA., but I will take any off your hands that you can get down here. Just be carefull with whatever machine you end up with. Moving large heavy items with very little experence can some times be risky. "Been there Done that". If you use the FEL to move the Rocks keep the bucket as low to the ground as possible to avoid tipping. Have a plan!!!!! Good LUCK

I did get a great price(divorce thing),and I really do not need the mid right now,but it sure be nice to know . It tough to work on right now because we are getting dumped on with snow here in upstate NY,and I have been out snow blowing(72" rear blower) every day.Can anyone tell me if I bought a Tech. manual(2003 4410)would it show the relay layout and descriptions? Thanks

First off, I'm not sure what you mean by the relief valve "lifting", do you mean opening?

The weather in Michigan hasn't exactly been balmy the last little while, it is possible that the hydraulic fluid was still so cold, even after working a bit, that it was thicker than it should be. This would certainly put some real pressure to the system under a big load like starting off in high range, especially if you were in a hurry to get back in front of the fireplace. :)

On A couple after market loader and such all that is used is a ball valve to close the circuit. There is a valve used on the tail gates of New Holland balers that would work to. It is actually a one way spool valve.

bought a 2006 kubota bx23. it was a repo that had 70 hours on it. my dealer is doing the 50 hour service. price with back hoe and loader $12000 and still under warranty. seemed like a good price

There is no argument, Pine bark in my grill, limbs all over the road, my eyes are not painted on. Tarp them what a concept. Do something. Why do they tarp dump trucks? I drive 30 miles to work there are pine trees planted on both sides of the roads in neat little rows. That is alot of trees, and a lot of hauling. Just want them to clean up their act. Be responsible!!!!!

I could not read all of your post, however I can tell you that Brady is a great guy. I also worked with him to purchase a tractor and I live in PA. I have heard nothing but good things about his prices and service. If you have a chance to deal with him, I would highly recommend doing so.

I think if you look at the rubber it will go on easier one way. That is figuring every thing that is new is the same size as the old.

I have an ih 454 that I am replacing the headlights in. The lights are held by a square rubber mounting bushing. I have purchased new bushings and I can't seem to insert the lights into this new bushing. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this? I have tried lubricating with soap, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kenny I agree with the observation about the eras, etc. I've noticed that myself.

I would think a stand - alone vehicle version might be the most cost effective solution, but you could easily set up your own - it just might be more expensive. The autodialer can be found here:

it requires 12-24VDC and has a simple contact input. Once the input is lost, it starts dialing. Hence any field sensors can be wired in series to this input (fairly simple).

Don't have any online pricing availabe, but I think it runs $500-600. Simple to set up, put the simm card in, and run a phone line from it to the autodialer and you have instant notification of an alarm.

I'm sure there are cheaper alternatives to the telular, but I haven't found one yet... (CellSocket went out of business).

The last test that I have Ken put's Shell Rotella 1 at 7.5 for a total base number and a 1 on sulfated ash. They also have Rimula which uses a 1.65 sulfated ash and 12 for a base number which still doesn't exceed the Detroit spec's 7SE270 it did well on the tests.

Mike, so you've joined the ranks of snow plowers! I just hung up my shovel so to speak and got out of it in SE Michigan and moved to warmer climes. It' 70 today and sunny.

Might I suggest that you mount the amber light as high up as possible---6'-8' above the tractor, even mounting it on some thickwall conduit or water pipe as the higher the better. Mounted low on a fender, a car could be right up on you before they notice. Last I checked a graden tractor makes for a odd-looking hood ornament :) Short of mounting the light higher, a child's bright orange bicycle flag--or two-- would be prudent too---a waving flag can draw as much or more attention than a light.

A reverse-mounted halogen driving light gets attention too as the inclination from other approaching drivers is that it's a car--which will command attention too if they have a hint of collision. This is handy when backing down driveways and getting attention.

On my plow truck formerly-known as "the plow truck", I have a roof-mounted lightbar, and on the rear of the cap/shell a traffic stick or sequential flashing bar to give notice as soon as possible when backing out of a blind intersection. Every split-second counts.

The only thing I thought of was Dennis was gonna put a date in instead of the tractors and I knew my renewal is sometime in Feb. How I made that leap is still beyond me.
