SG, I thought you had a fel. If you need to dump your trailer could you not drill a hole in your fel bucket somewhere to give you the ability and to hold the trailer while doing so?

Grizz, do a 3 point hitch search on ebay. You may find a suitable hitch. There show many on there.

What to Look for on a Motor Oil Label
The symbol at left is referred to as the "API donut." It gives you three pieces of information. API (American Petroleum Institute) Service Rating: This two-letter classification identifies the vehicle fuel type and quality level of the motor oil. The first letter indicates the vehicle fuel type that the oil is designed for. Ratings that begin with an "S" are intended for gasoline engines. Ratings that begin with a "C" are for diesel engine. The second letter designates the quality level of the motor oil. The higher the letter, the more advanced the oil and the more protection it offers your engine. An SJ oil can be used in any engine requiring an SB, SG, SH, etc. oil.

Foton was futian and is now Lovol. That is the brand, the same tractor is made by other factories, with different hoods (in some cases same hoods) but they don't call the Fotons.

Yeah, moderation is a good thing. I had been doing that with my wife and kid up until we moved. I haven't had my pots and pans so cooking was a real pain. But we ate a lot of veggies before the move with maybe a cooked chicken breast done up in various ways.

One of my favorites is to slice it up and marinate it using a teriyaki sauce. Makes for a nice tasting meal that is pretty healthy too.

Those healthier turkey hotdogs ain't too bad either. The kid loves them so we do indulge her a bit but in a healthier way.

need cooking forum also. Call it food for fellows or meat for men or such. Have seen some other great recipes here before. Might could get Emeril to be the moderator on it.:) He likes pork fat, says it gets ride of wrinkles. Never seen a wrinkled hog have you? Well, before you cook it.

Thanks for that Norton Removal link. I was pretty sure I had gotten rid of the Norton stuff, but its nice to have a double check.

I am going to continue using the NOD32 until the trial expires then I think I'll try BitDefender.

So far the NOD32 is working nicely, it caught a virus in an email I received and notifed via a dialog box and also right in the subject line in Thunderbird. NOD32 also gets updates during the day and marks all my emails with a footer that tells me it has scanned them, nice.

Thanks for the advice. Art I do have the decompression lever and maybe not using it long enough.
Murf I think you are on the right track. My friend thinks it is not turning over fast enough. I'm going to jump it with a bigger battery to see if I still have trouble.

Why not just buy them at your local farm dealer?

Yanmar is a lot more common a tractor than you think, in fact a lot of the 'popular brand' compacts the last few years were made by Yanmar.

Most Ag. dealers also have access to aftermarket parts suppliers who not only have thge seals you're looking for, but lots of other spares as well. Most catalogues have a cross-reference included, chances are a 226 was also sold as a John Deere, Cub Cadet, etc., model as well.

I would be suspicious except that he is not offering ANY type of delivery. Only local pick up. And also that he wants people to come look at the unit. Sounds legit to me. Remember not every one has the Internet and the tractor may very well be posted locally too. Call the guy up or e-mail him and start a dialog before you jump the gun.

Thank you all for your inputs and updates, to bring you all up todate. After finding out what the temp range was of the electronic sensor, i decided that did run hotter than what I was expecting to see, and that 230 F was possibly normal for this tractor. now the the temp sets on 230 F when im working (medium load to heavy at time) and stays there. I never hear the water boiling or any indication that it is overheating. I was never able to find anyone that really knew what the normal operating temp should be :-( so I guess that until someone finds out for sure, I will have to consider 230F as normal.

I had this problem the first time I installed it. When it was new, it had no markings. I should have marked them whne disassembling it, but forgot in the rush. I had the valve that stays with the tractor. I need some advice on which hose goes to which line.

Murf you are correct with the jack-knife. I'm ah thinkin no tighter than the turns on the head lands of a field.

I'm beginning to like the hydraulic/hydrostatic drive thought.

Should not add to much to the cost. However you know me. I'll wait a year or 2 for the right deal. Woodspliter a prime example.

We use lots of hyd/hydro drives here...

I bought my TC45D used with 100 hours on it. I paid about the same as a brand new tractor, EXCEPT that I got a 6' finish mower, 3PH log splitter, hydraulic dump wagon, rear blade, and a landscape rake included in the deal.
200 hours is nothing on one of these machines if they are taken care of. Save the $$ for attachments. I'll take the loader if you don't want it! :)

The new Tractors have a factory cab. I stopped in the other day and sat in one and I really like the way it is layed out. Very good viewing area. And I saw (off subject) that they have a new loader as well. They claim that you can be off of 90 degrees and it will guide it self in.

Has Anyone purchased or built a cab for TC35

I may not understand the problem, but it seems that you have two many deer. You have 50 acres, a back hoe, FEl and those nanny goats make good Fertilizer for the garden you want. I have deer all over my place they dine on the rye grass. I have a garden “vegetable” raised bed no fence for some reason they stay away. I dont hunt deer, I am more birds and such, but deer taste good with the vegetables from the garden. I will defend myself.

The 4710 one piece rims for the R-4 tires may be different although I would thing not that much from the rims on the 4410. When I looked into swapping the rims and tires out in order to widen the tire width; the change would result in about a half inch of extra width. Noth hardly worth the effort in my opinion. The 4710 owner's manual goes over this and the resulting increase in width.
