I have a 180A Solar welder made by Twentieth Century Mfg. in Minneapolis Minn. Does anyone know if the company is still in business? I can't find them in a search so they may be closed or bought up. I got it when I bought out a small shop in 1970. It sure is a nice welder.

Sounds like Art's right, you're all set.

The only point I might suggest is to put the tiller, and or RB, which are lighter, in the box of your truck using your FEL, then trailer the CUT with the box blade, which is heavier, on the CUT's 3pth. The trailer will carry weight a *bunch* easier than the truck. We often move CUT's with a smaller item, like a tiller, *in* the bucket of the FEL. It naturally forms a steel crate of sorts and is easy to secure, it also doesn't take much space.

Most of all, don't be afraid to make an extra trip, we'd all rather you waste a day on a second trip, than that you had even a small accident, or overloading caused damaged to something.

Ken, the idea of constant strong wireless signal going through our bodies was mentioned in conversation between wife and me. At least the kids aren't here most of the time so they aren't exposed. But then I guess as I think of it the buildings I work in all have wireless. And my daughter and son are using it where they are. So David, I guess that is why we are all getting that greenish look in my house ;)

To make a short answer no. Sounds like that unit was beat pretty good. I would walk away from that one.

Art, its got an automatic transmission. Peters, I suspect you are right its probably the the Active AWD since this is not a luxury Subaru. My daughter has the same car only two years older and she does not have this problem. I also have a 2002 Jeep Cherokee (Grand Limited) with AWD that is seamless. Thanks for the advice - I will check for recalls, although I would have thought the dealers would have done this on my two trips to have this looked at.

I'm with KT and Peters: Seen it in automotive--I think this is where these dark ideas spawn actually---a dark cloud hangs over Detroit just for this purpose---for years they thought it was pollution!
Like Peters, I have worked with Toyota and Nissan. They are much much smarter and savvy than we give them credit. My feeling is it's the American division Manager--or Manglers--as I call them.
Ford recently declared it was ending many franchises with urban/suburban dealerships. The reason: Too many dealers in one locale caused ALL of them to drive prices down and make not as much money as they could if only ONE was there. Survival of the fittest? I don't know. I see the point but what about the guys who have everything invested in the dealership including the help? And who/what decides who gets to keep the "brass ring"? Politics? Kickbacks? I've been at high-level meetings with GM Program Management, and next-to-highest level of GM's legal team. You would not believe the cheating and kaniving that goes on behind supposed closed doors.

Ken, I got the quick attach. I found them in the wantaddigest.com locally for $700 in new condition. Yes they are pricey but they can lift lots more than clamp-on forks and they add a whole new dimension to the tractor. I am glad I didn't get the clamp-on forks after having these. I had to do some fancy talking to the wife but even she is convinced. EW, I can't do what you do yet. But I agree they are like having fingers on your loader.

SG, drive safely. Hope the dove hunting is good. Better than in my part of SC. Last year we probably will plant for them.

We owe a lot to our troops, the previous ones and the current ones. We should provide the best for them in weapons, encouragement and the providence of God.

I am little hesitant to mention, but for me Thanksgiving is one week to the day after my Mom passed at age 87. Hug your children, kiss your wife and tell your parents how much they mean to you. Remember it is THANKS GIVING.

Its s 89 with 318 727 trans 241 t-case with a dana 44 deitroit true trax over sized u joints Warn lock outs.
Rear axle is a 9 25 with detroit locker disc brake coversoin .
I need to get probly 4.56 gear for it right now it has 3.20 gears 33 inch tires :( no fun next set of projects along with gears is crossover steering, offroad flat bed ,
