Have you seen the ones from New Holland? Sweet. In fact that's what they call it: "SuperSuite". <br>

Also check out the european/australian NH sites too---they offer a different areodynamic cab that isn't offered here to my knowledge.<br>

Incidentaly, the aftermarket cabs I've seen just don't hold up well as far as rusting is concerned. It might sound extreme but I think if I were to get one I'd first take it apart and repaint it as an extra measure of protection. <br>

Massey 1523 is about $800 more than 7610. Which is the better tractor.

Before wiring dia. I did'nt I checked all the other stuff. I found the dealer I got it from who had checked everything had misplaced the charge bulb or they didn't notice it didn't come on. With the bulb in it was on and off dim and bright. It seemed like I would clean some wires and it would be off for a while. With the dia I saw the ground remembered how slapping it worked. I reached up and found the wire and wiggle wiggle back and forth . I even have a new regulater. . I took the dash off and cleaned every terminal and got 15 years of grit and whetever that other stuff that hides in those places is out.

Ken you will hate this but in this area the bulk of dairy farmers all had at least one IH because of their ability to start here in the cold. It is amazing as to how one model of these tractors started even better then the other although they were using nearly identical components. Turbos started better then non turbo, the shorter stroke also started better, go figure! These are the same bore and head engines.

I'd check your belt idler system as well as to check the bottom for something loose. With the belt removed spin all spindles and look for clearences of the blades, check the smoothness of the spin of the spindles

no valve and no mid pto--rt.head lite doesn't work and left tail lite lens missing. pity, I just sold my extra mid pto. nothing else wrong with the tractor as far as I could see.

The quotes shouldn't matter (if done right - I'm sure there are plenty of incorrect ones), but I'm usually dealing with the web submit forms, where the email is generated by their server. I'm of the opinion that most sites that I email had that set up, they didn't get any email for months, and they never bother checking that email account.

Even more so with the type of email you're describing - when you click on it - it opens up a new email (from outlook or outlook express, etc.). I learned really quick that there are robots that grab these emails and add them to spam lists. Hence, those rarely get checked because they're probably getting 100+ spam messages/day and it's tough to find the 'rare' true contact us emails.

I have a manual for a 715A blower. It is for a rear mount 3 pt hitch model. Mine is a front mount model, so the manual is of little use for me.

What a line...have you thought about aluminum logs?

Last night saw a program on Ferrias and they have a clear coat thay might be just what you want. Just wonder if there is a product in the clear coat for autos that might be your answer. Sometimes the best idea is in use in another industry, just waiting to be discovered.

DR, thanks for that web link. I had seen it before but forgotten it. Learned the reason I did not like the 303 Buck. As someone pointed out Buck does not use the same metal in all blades. Did not realize how much that varies with some companys and not just Buck.

WW, it is amazing how many knives are on ebay and selection.

Forgot who suggested the locking blade, but think many of us have been there, cut that. LOL but saying ohwe

Typically if the tractor has been sitting like you say and there is moisture combined with bad fuel, that is a bad mix for bacteria to grow in the fuel separator, which will plug the filter over time. I had a new Dodge diesel that wouldn't right--turns out there was about an inch of snotty gunk in the filter bowl. My New Holland stopped running because of the snot too. And it also rusted the steel filter ends requiring a new filter.

I've had to learn the hard (an usually expensive) way.<br>
As far a rebuilder goes, the one I dealt with is on the west side of lower Michigan. It has the intials of P&L or P&J J&J or J&L or something like that-- Hydraulics (I did s search and nothing comes up). The guy knows what he's doing. That said---make sure you have done your research first. He's what I call and opportunistic businessman so if he sees a crack in your $ armor so to speak you might be charged more than if you kept looking. He tried that with me when he talked me into buying a gear pump while I was there for the other pump. He added $300 to the retail price and then told me I had to not only pay him for it right then, but I had to call in the order to his supplier and pay for shipping (he wasn't even touching it it was direct ship to me---BS!). When I found this out once I got home what he was up to I went ballastic, and he took off his $300 markup for doing nothing. On top of that he sold me the wrong rotation of pump and I had to send it back to the supplier adding another week---that's how I found out the bogus $300 markup on a $180 retail pump from the supplier. <br>

The "engineering" company I wouldn't deal with that supposedly "tests" them is in Southfield, Michigan.<br>

Also, for a search do Kubota, (your model), hydraulic pump, hydrotsat... and see what comes up. Then add/or try variations of the above with rebuilt, rebuilder, core charge. Also look up Kubota, tractor, dismantle, recycle, recycler, bone yard.

I sure don't know what the mount looks like for your tractor but one of mine's would cost that as it is a weighted bumper (Kubota). Find weights and then make a mount to fit them and your tractor.

Glad to hear the weather is clearing a bit.
On the true west coast rain forest first growth the moss is everywhere as there is very little light reaching the forest floor. We would use licorice fern to indicate north side.
