I've replaced fuel filters, air filter, and all fuel lines and it did help the initial extremely severe problems. Fuel pump output is steady at about 3.0 to 3.2 psi. Dealer said kubota does not publish specs for fuel pump pressure and he was aware of how to check whether that reading was good.

How difficult is it to clean the injectors? Just unbolt and blow them out?

I would think that the answer would take more knowledge of your chores that you propose to use the tractor for. The mid PTO shaft could be added at anytime you might want to use it on the B7800. The hitch would depend on the amount of three point hitch equipment would be changed for the extendable links and the pin adjustments. The position control is not accurate for grading any more and actually probably less accurate then the quarter inching valve as with position control the settings are not the same if letting down vs coming up to desired height. Depending on your choice maybe a L-2800 hydro might work and you would have the size machine you might like. Often going too large does limit where and what you can do just like buying to small. Small just means more time to do the job and diesels like to be run!

Flat face couplers are used on skid steers for the most part and haven't hit the compacts or ag tractors. On all the dump trailers we sell they have a leg built on them that holds the box up for servicing which is a good idea. The self contained hydraulic systems depending on manufacturer seem to be slightly different as some are only power up and some are have power down working a two way cylinder. We've taken a few options on our trailers and kind of made them standard on stock units like the security box for the pump and battery so they are located on the hitch but locked up to make it a little harder for thieves.

You did well to tackle that chore and have success. We often have to pick up the pieces and assemble them after people have attempted that job. It still might not hurt to have it flow rated if you get near the equipment or dealer. Good Luck!

I commercially use a 6' box scraper with a home-built hydraulic top link on my 33HP blue. Aside from using a big skidsteer for very rough grading and filling, the box scraper is all I use for both rough and fine grading. The hyd. top link allows me to raise the front of the box slightly and pull material around. The back blade just doesn't have enough down pressure to be worth while.

It seems odd to me that any company would spend the extra time to match individual gauges to individual sending units. The parts probably aren't made by the same company so they'd have to ship them to a third location and set up a calibration shop to do that job. If the sender has a +/- tolerance they call it good and ship them. Same with the gauge. I imagine the resistance of the sending units varies with temperature so it would be easy for a manufacturer to bench check them with a meter (not that they all do). The parts should work fine together if all the wiring and connections are in good shape.

Thermostat in 4310 did nt help

Bought a load handler for my 1986 Dodge D 50 Pick Up at Wall Mart yesterday.
Tried it out this morning.
It sure beats shoveling the dirt off of the truck.
Don't know how many BX 23 loader buckets I can haul in it at a time.
So far 3 buckets in the truck is working pretty good and it sure beats hauling one bucket down the hill at a time with the BX.
Only problem I ran into was I couldn't get back up the front yard hill after unloading the last pickup load of dirt.
Would be nice if the D 50 was a 4 wheel drive.
Didn't know the LOAD HANDLERS worked so well or I would have had one a long time ago!

I don't know If I'm overloading my truck or not because I don't know what A BX23 loader of dirt weighs and I don't know the empty weight of my Dodge D 50. G V W is 4045 pounds.

I got it started after a couple hours' work tracing. Three things were found:

1. A fuse that visually looked good turned out to be open. Test fuses electrically not visually!

2. One of the two individual wires from the transmission Neutral Switch was not fully seated in the mating socket wire. It was intermittent when lightly handled.

3. One switch was found to be marginally adjusted so sometimes it closed, and sometimes it wouldalmost, but not quite close. Easily adjusted.

I know it was a different configuration then anything I'd seen and it was at a toll booth and the talk on the CB at the time was that they only ran the west end of the country. It sure was a lot lower then the 2070 International that I was running a the time.

You can pull it all day long in the off or up position! It won't start but will turn over. The next position is the run and the bottom is choke.

I like the idea of cops being 30 years or older. Preferably with army experience as a commanding officer. With exemplary character as evidenced by multiple references. And no women. And give them six figures to start. Then we won't have to complaing about asshole cops. One bad one ruins the reputation for 99 good ones.
