Ah Winterpeg. Been there a time or two when I lived in Northern Minnesota. Barren drive up there through Steinbeck. Yep, flat, wide open. I love the block heater plug-ins at teh airport. That was nice when I got off the plane in January. It was cheaper and easier for me to drive to Winterpeg to fly to Chicago than to drive to Grand Forks, ND to fly to Chicago. Same drive time.

Comedy club there was fun. We didn't get the Canadian political humor, but laughed at everything else.

I am not sure that the rim guard might not kill the grass if it saturated one area. I you spread poly acylamide, water soluble polymer on the grass and don't dilute it down it will seal of the surface and kill the grass.

Dittos on the above. Turfs are best for everything except mud.

One major drawback to R-4's.... they are very stiff and will give the worst possible ride you can get on a tractor.

I would like to start using bio diesel in my early 90's B7100. Is anyone else running Bio in there machines? effects good or bad? <br>

I'm most concerned with the rubber fuel lines, I understand biodiesel can remove the oils from natural rubber causing leaks. Does anyone know if the early 90's B series used viton or natural rubber for fuel lines and seals?<br>

So you were in the heart of Hugo. It was nasty. Would amaze many how much damage it did in Charlotte NC over 150 miles inland. At my house 25 or so miles inland but not in direct path popped one pine top.

If my pickup and trialer was of the size needed I would. Good point on the size of the circle. I appreciate a person who thinks. Boy am I sorry for you, Detoroit on one end and New Orleans on the other.

Per the weather channel NY City is the one that needs to fear the major hurricane.

As to weather, this is a great county but it sure does have it's share of nasty weather. Whether fires out west, earthquakes on mainly the west coast, tornados up the center or winter blizzards and tons of snow and ice. In all of this it still is true, God is Good!

No doubt many loose a lot with the storms but there are those at TP whose income is at least in part from such destruction. It is amazing how much of our economy is based upon either loss or fear of loss or prevention of loss.

I may be way off here but I believe you will find the MF 235 more in line hp size and weight with the Kubota M 4800 than the NH.

Weight is important in a lot of uses: in such as lawns too much hurts, but with towning and hanging a cutter off the side it is necessary.

Installed the $4 Kubota bulb last night, nothing. Well I found there is a broken wire inside the insulation to the bulb. Seems I had two issues, first bulbs were defective and a broken wire inside insulation. You know the $4 Kubota bulb does not look any better in the filament then the 80 cent GE one does.

So, don't assume the obvious is alwasy the issue.

I followed all the suggestions and it was able to lift however a friend noticed the coupler appeared to be broken with the pin in the center jammed against the wall of the coupler. I went to the dealer for parts and he said that was probably the cause. I replaced it, changed tranny fluid and filter and it worked great for 10 minutes now the bucket wont curl. so I looked and another coupler was broken as well. So I went and bought 3 more to replace all of them, I think that should do it, right? Thanks you very much for your help, this board is the greatest! Scott

I have used it it is about the same a the rest of the junk they sell. It will kill the mound that it is applied to but another mound will pop up 10' away. Is it the same ants I dont know. Maybe I will ask one of the little red devils. Do they make tracking collers that size?

I checked some new tire prices on the web and cut the numbers in half.

I could take $105 for the front tires plus $50 for each front rim and $165 for both rear tires.

Total $375, plus shipping.
