This jerky motion is reported VERY often on the various Chinese tractor forums. Your're likely just experiencing the same issue as everyone else, an issue which is almost always tracked back to the controller. The three most common options reported are;
1. live with it
2. learn to feather the controller
3. replace the controller with a more user-friendly after-market model.

The crud that is originally poured in the hydraulic system can aggravate the issue as well. If you haven't already, I'd drain the OE fluid and flush the system with kerosene. Refill with a non-foaming hydraulic fluid suitable to your ambient operating temperatures.

We use the boomless type spray nozzles whenever possible.

They have one huge advantage to us over boom type sprayers, they are not nearly as much affected by changes in terrain. On a golf course or rolling estate-type property where there is rarely much flat land, the boom is often too high on one side (not enough product applied) and at the same time too low on the other side (too much product applied).

The single nozzle, while still affected, doesn't change much in the amount of coverage when working on this type of terrain since the narrow wheeltrack of the carrier stays flat to the ground.

Trees and other obstacles are also much easier to manuever around with a boomless sprayer.

The lever ultimately mates a fork with a square spline to engage, pulls it back to disengage. Since there are four sides to the spline, it usually must be rotated to before the fork will mate or retract. To do that, the front wheels must be moving. I seldom even reach for the 2wd/4wd lever unless the tractor is already underway (in either direction).

Rear diff lock works the same way. You may require 1/4 to 1/2 rotation of the rear tires to engage rear difflock.

I have a JM354 and a 3 point linkage B'hoe. I have had problems with the oil frothing out but that seems to be solved for now. Thanks to all those that have helped out. However, now that the B'hoe is operational I notice that it is very jerky in its movements no matter how hard I try to be gental with the control levers. I took the valve cover off and noticed that I could not adjust the oil flow into the valves at all there is just no adjustment available.<br>
Is there an add on I can put on to slow the oil to make for more smoother operation? And where do I put it? Can I control the whole valve system with one control 'add on' or do I need to put one on every, say, inlet hose to each valve? Look forward to your suggestions.<br>

BA,

A few years ago our deep well was having problems and a well driller I knew quickly asked said you have public water available, go with it. Seems my 200 or so well was dwarfed by the large commerical well just a little ways across the woods at a trash hauling company of all things.

As to the cost, you may be dealing with a person who really can not handle math.

WHy don't you find out what state agency regulates wells there, call and ask if what this guys is telling you is accurate or not on installing new casing. Could be he thinks he is correct but not or could be he is 100% accurate and honest.

I don't know the normal temp for the Perkins engine. I would think 150 to be low. I have only seen the OEM guage which has no temps only colors on it.

Another option might be a thin high carbon steel tight fitting sleeve that would fit over the filter. I doubt that the filter housing has much of a cooling effect, so it wouldn't impede performance. This would also be an easy fabrication as the filter is all that is needed as a guide. Plus...the ground clearence wouldn't be reduced (and MMM fitting). Fram are you listening?

i am deciding to purchase a TC 30 or TC 29. i am a light use grove farmer but need a loader and bushhog does anyone know the major differences, i hear more about the 30 but not much about the 29 and when i do its on sale or left over. how much better is hydro over manual.

To me there are several pieces of missing info for anyone to give you even a ballpark price. But here is my ball park, between $300 to $600 each.

The type of tires and where you are located and the tire dealerships in your area and just what do you mean by installed. Will they be filled with water or such or just air?

Based upon my experience some tire dealer are set up for field work don't charge a lot more than you taking it to them (not when you value your time, hauling, and such).

I would get the tire size and call asking for price.

As Kenneth touched on, weight has a lot to do with it.

I was helping out a friend last year, his econo box blade on his 'Bota BX wouldn't break up the soil.

My Rhino had no real problem doing it, mind you, my 'Bota is a little beefier, and my Rhino blade wieghs 1,000 pounds, not 400 as well.

Okay guys,

Just looked at K-9 site and they are asking what is wrong with their owners. Don't they know that stuff they pay a lot of money for and put on them stinks really bad. Don't our humans have any sense of smell?

Why any old dead criter or waste, which is free smells much better!!

There really is two possible answers, one the shampo or such really causes them a problem with their senstive noses and they are not able to pick up on other sents or they like playing you for a dummy! LOL Could be both cause some dogs are right smart.

Use a life insurance policy with an increasing death benefit and that helps as you are worth more dead, later.

I have the rear tires unmounted and the fronts still on the rims.

I really don't need to swap and I am not sure it would pay to ship that far away.

Plus, you would have to locate a set of rear rims. Deere wants a lot of money for rims and tires.

Gemplers may have a rim that would fit.
