Guys, a proper plan is also important when nothing goes wrong, as Jason said, greed often hits the successful business. People don't change with money, it just allows the true perosn to show.<br>

Ken, say a local business finally close it doors the same as the one you said your were the key person who left. Their key person left for same reason, rubber checks or no checks. Turned out the business was paying for family members total expenses am claiming they were business expenses. Family was drawing NO income but living very well untill IRS questioned it. Doors closed.<br>

currently dealing with 2 acres, buying 5 more within 5 years. Want a loader, backhoe, finish mower. Kubota dealer steered me towards B3030 w/L403 FEL and a 3ph hoe that swaps for a 60" mow.<br>
The mower will get used every week for 2 acres (even after expansion), hoe and loader about once a month. and then I'll do yearly rentals of rototiller (2acres) and posthole as needed.<br>
Am I on the right track, or should I look at another model?

Is B3030 right for me

Well that proves one thing, ebay is full of great deals, hahaha. I guess if I had something for sale and could get about 20% more if the person would BUY IT NOW, I would be willing to sell it also.

I am thinking about getting a sprayer for my ATV, one that covers 6 ft plus or minus with 2 or 3 nozzles. Anybody have one they have had good luck with?

Earthworks - although they came out the same year and were both good movies, I don't think the joke would have played as well with Danny De Vito. John Candy is more like the foot ball player. Seems to me he bought into a pro team with Wayne Gretzki.<br>

Years ago we came across someone that had rolled his 30 ft airstream and Suburban on their rooves at the side of the road. They were still attached with their weight distribution hitch and laid neatly inline on the side of the road. It looked like it had just decided to roll over and die at the side of the road. The owner had pulled a small camp stool out of the wreckage and was seated above on the hillside with his head in his hands. Not a happy camper!!!

I have an E324 tractor which has a seal problem with the power steering unit. The casting developed a crack which leaked oil. I have sleeved this to no avail. It it possible to obtain a complete power steering unit. Tractor is in good condition

Definately some breds are worse than others. We raised Springers for a while and never had a problem. Goldens are mostly lab blood so I can imagine. I never had any problems with Beagles either. We have Yorkshires and I don't have any problems with them either.

My sisters lab is the same, but their Catahoula doesn't seem to roll.

I know masking sent is inherent in wolves so I guess it is stronger with some breds.

I've found that dropping by a dealership and talking with a service manager who lets me talk to an old timer who gushes with knowledge. Usually he's got manuals and diagrams tucked away for occasions such as this. Sometimes it'll turn into a treasure hunt finding new old stock thay couldn't give away bit you have been looking for for some time.

To me they are hard or strong clutches to use. They seem to be a good, dependable simple tractor. This is their price line if I am saying that correctly.

One thing the MF will do, they normally have a high road gear compared to any other brand I have used.

When I see the loader split up between loader/bucker/quick coupler/joystick - I see the dealer is trying to have me. Those all things should come as a unit.

If I were you I'd go to that Kubota dealer and tell him that you want the L3130, but the smarter choice for you is the Case and you're getting the Case for $3400 less than the Kubota. Tell him that you'll buy his tractor if he's willing to work off $500 off his price. If not, Case is a good tractor.

I have no idea if they have the blades you need but Agri Supply does a good job for many brands. Prices normally are very good. They sell foreign made in a lot of items but also USA made in others.

The do stand behind what they sell very well.

A few thoughts if I might, the best I know some parts of Australia get rather hot (even warmer than our 97 yesterday), it could be you don't have the proper oil for the tempature or your cooling system on the hyd oil is not sufficient. Could you have a pressure setting that is too high or running at higher rpm than is needed over heating the oil.

My last thought, contact the mfg of that unit and ask them on the tube in the tank and their suggestion.
