Billy something does not seem right.I think I would call a different Electrician to look at it. The neutral and ground should not be seperated unless it is a sub panel. Also somewhere on main service there should be a ground rod also there should be a bonging ground to the wire mesh or rebars in footings.

I am getting ready to build my raised beds they are going to be 6'x6' rough cut. They will be 12 inches high. My question is , Is there any special way to fill them. I will proberly will have 6 of them . I can get sand and cow and hourse manure cheap, but good loam is kinda expensive. Thank you for any help.

Peters... I am not sure how you got all that from what I said.

The plain fact is that the Clinton's set an example that went far and wide and opened a Pandora's box. Unscrupulous and greedy people from all walks in life watched these two make millions and millions during their tenure in office and went to grab their share too.

Oral sex in school between teens and pre-teens skyrocketed with the only marker in time being the much publicized affair between Bill and Monica.

The Clinton's ironed a new wrinkle into the moral fabric of our society that lingers to this day. People like Cunningham have been discovered in politics before, but rarely have been so obvious and blatant.

If the above notion is offensive, I apologize. I usually don't enter into the political cul-de-sacs on this forum and maybe should stick closer to my rule not to.

Sounds Good. You won't regret it. We did a total career change 12 years ago. Flipped a house, moved out of CT and live in upstate NY now on 40 acres. What seemed like a lot of money for the parcel then is trivial now. The neighborhood is changing. I'm curious why the buried cable is so much? I rented a back hoe and buried 800'of cable myself. It took a day and a half to dig the trench (30" deep) put 2" of sand, lay the cable & phone the bury it. My power company wanted to charge $5 a foot for the cable. I purchased it for $1.50/ ft. If I did it again, it would be done with a ditch witch and conduit.
I must say my hair wasn't gray when I started this thing. It's totally white now.

Chris, I hope everything works out with your situation. As I read the thread, I recalled a company that I had done some research on a few years ago, they recomend the exact instalation process that you have. They even have a video where a guy sprays a inch of foam then puts unfaced batt insulation on top of it in the stud cavity. The best I can recall they had a decent Tech dept, and they responded to my questions quickly. I opted not to purchase from them and my shop is still uninsulated:(

they were operating under a different name but I think they are going by the name of Tiger Foam, if not they are using the same video. I will attempt to attach the web page, best of luck.

KT, a tiller will go to it's maximum depth that it is set at the first pass. A disc often might take several passes as you described. To allow the manure to deteriorate it needs air which is not in abundance six inches down in the soil. Ambrose, to leave the manure in a piled state will allow the weed seeds to germinate in the pile rather then add them to your fields. Straw normally will not have the weed seeds as they are cleaned by the combine in the threshing process.

It is not the necessarily the weight of the tractor but the surface contact area of the tires that creates problems. You can get oversized turf tires. I would think you could do with something about gross 35-40 hp.

You likely need a bushhog for the field. You can mow the field with a finish mower but you need it smoother than most fields are. For example it might cost me $3000 or more to get the field leveled and $600 for a new 6' brush cutter. With the armadillos there is no garantee it will stay smooth.
I think you will be very fortunate to get a good tractor and mowers for $5000 that is a CUT. You may find an old utility tractor, but not likely a CUT. You need about 25 hp on the PTO. We had a good post recently where Randy (Chief?) I think gave estimates on mowing times. If you go below 25 PTO you are limited to about 4 ft on a brush cutter. This does not necessarily cover the wheel tract and will take you days to cut 9 acres.

Some of the Mitsubishi are sold here are Cub Cadets. You may be able to cross over some the main parts.
There are also a number of companies that sell on the web parts for the gray tractors, most carry Mitsubishi parts. Their are more parts supply companies on the west coast than east, south or central. They have been importing the grays longer.

Yes we have done that befor.
The loader will hang over the front and you lift the hoe up shut the doors and lower hoe back down.

Some history first;
Production dates for the B2100 were from 1995 - 1999.
Your potentially looking at a tractor that is between 7 and 11 years old.(give me the serial number, and I can advise as to what year it is)

If it only has 530 hours on it, and it rates a 6 - 7 out of 10, I have to wonder what they did with it to drag the condition down. If it only has a belly mower on it, no loader as you indicate, then the price given is somewhat pricey from my perspective given the descriptive condition.

Consider adding a loader to it, on top of the given purchase price. You can comfortably add another $2700 + to the overall figure. (typically with add-ons, between $3000 - $4000 more with installation. You can save some $ if you are handy with tools)

Other considerations:
What type of tires are on the unit? (Turf, ag, R4 ind.)

Are the rear tires loaded?

What is the tread wear like? This will give you a little bit better idea as to whether or not the hr meter is actual.

Does this unit have other options to it, or a basic model?

Is this unit a gear shift or Hydrostatic drive?

You point out 6/7 out of 10. What is it that you see that draws down the rating in your eyes? (paint, dents, rewelds, leaks, smoke, etc)

I am not trying to scare you from the purchase, rather, just throwing some ideas out at you to ponder.

Where are you located? If close, I know of a beaut 20hp, factory loader, 60 inch belly mower, and new 5 foot rear slider blade forsale, with 700+ original hrs on it....

Often the rough idle is low cetane rating. I would try adding some booster to the diesel and see what happens.

I added a LA 402-1 front end loader w/60" bucket and tooth bar. Also put a canopy on it. Since, I have purchased a box blade and land scape rake. Want to get a tiller and fertizer spreader. I have an old sprayer, but want to upgrade that. Good luck on your new purchase!

It is a nice touch, get people to pay MRSP and interest on a purchase they would not necessarily make. Naturally they don't find out for three years, which is likely beyond the states bunko legislation statute.

Mark, I finally got an ATV. Decided to go with a 2005 Honda Foreman 500 and a 2005 Honda Recon 250. They both actually passed the size 14EE clod-hoppy test requirement and I have been having a ball for the past 3 days exploring. The Foreman has a very firm ride but with 2 passengers is very smooth. Has more than plenty of power. I looked at the Rincon and it was as big as the Yamaha Rhino 660. It was a monster. I think I would have problems with it on some of the more narrow trails.........I do with the Foreman already. The Recon 250 can shoe horn in on the really tight trails. I got the Foreman in manual shift and the Recon in electric shift which worked out very well for my daughter to drive.
