Next week I have an appointment with a lawyer to discuss ongoing problems with our geothermal heat pump. Anyone ever do something like this before? I hate to do this but I'm at my wits end. Any advice from those who have done this before would be appreciated.

I rent the tank because I don't want to own the hassle of inspecting it, keeping it up to code and disposing of it when it's life is over.<br>

Regarding comfort - one word, enthalpy. Moist air at a given dry bulb temperature contains more heat energy than dry air at the same temperature. So comparing dry bulb temperatures of dry winter air to humid summer air is like comparing apples and oranges as far as human comfort goes.

Thanks to everyone for your advice. I really appreciate your time and feedback. I�m going to out this weekend to test drive the TC30, the TC29, and comparable Kubutos. (Although I�m leaning towards the TC29.)

I have been working my butt off the last couple weeks moving crap up and down the state to my little price of paradise in NorCal....I need to rent a small backhoe (ie kubota) to do some trneching and excavate for my foundations....I have no vehicle with a trailer hitch....I have a 85 F350 Stakebed with a lift gate..it's the kind that fold underneath the rear deck of the stakebed...There is a stop plate where the gate folds in half, that holds the gate flat when unfolded......It is very heavy duty (3/8" steel), and everything is is attached to is very heavy duty as this is the attachment point for the lift cylinder.....It would be a perfect place to attach a hitch to IMO as it stays perpendicular to the ground as the gate is raised/lowered...I could build a bracket out of 1/4" steel for the ball and bolt the bracket to the left gate plate with 1/2" or 5/8" bolts....then I could lower the gate to the exact height I want and tow away....<br>

but is this legal/safe attaching a hitch to a lift gate? If not, would installing (via bolts) another bracket from the hitch to the 1/4" stakebed deck to lock the gate in place make it legal? I had worked out another method, but this method would be much cheaper and easier to instal/uninstall....<br>

I checked it over again and there are not any wires pinched between the FEL and the frame. I'm trying to find a wiring diagram so I can track the problem down. I spoke to the dealer today and he didn't seem to concerned about being able to get it running so we can load it on the trailer. He said he has ways of getting around those problems. I'm guessing he has either repo'd a few or knows excactly whats up.

How was US support of the mujahedeen destabilizing? The US supported Afghanistan against the Soviet invasion. Last night I listen to a talkshow fill in for Dr. Michael Savage on talk radio. He was talking about the sorry lot of trying to get customer service with his airline and their nonusa telephone service call center. He was expressing what you said he would.

FYI I called my local IP and got hit with a foregin call center also, Missouri.

For you guys who drive Toyota Tacomas, what kind of real world mileage are you getting? It would be great if you could post the year, engine, tranny type and mileage. I'll probably be buying one of these in the next few months and am deciding between the four cylinder or V6. If there isn't much difference in mileage I'll go for the six. No need to tow but I don't want to drive a dog either. The EPA numbers seem to be a bit unrealistic (at least they were for our Toyota Highlander).

You should take a few minutes and go to those links of Dr Pauling's I posted, Lysine is an Amino Acid and will do NO harm but has great benefits.
Dr Pauling took over 20,000 mgs of Vit C and Lysine each day as well as mega doses of Proline. I take about 3000 mgs of Vit C and Lysine and have been for 6 years, Dr Pauling did for over 20 years.

Murf, some Burger King's I know have that sort of design in the kitchens. After close they can hot-hose down the entire kitchen. Makes a lot of sense when you think about it.

You are absolutely right. There is a problem with the lift on the L2800/3400. The problem is the control valve. Contact your dealer, notify him of the problem, and have him look in the service bulletins from Kubota for the fix. I had the same problem with my 3400. Contacted my dealer and they replaced the control valve. Lifts smooth now. I heard through the grapevine that Kubota is aware of the problem but is not going to issue a recall. The will just handle the problem if people complain. It is NOT a field fix so you will have to get your tractor back to the dealer. Good Luck, Dave

We handle it in one of two ways. Mind you we also have more grass clippings than the average bear also.

Most commonly we just dump it near the trailer or truck and use the gas-powered vac. system to load it same as we do leaves.

For smaller sites we use a dump trailer with fold down ramps at the front of the curb side. You back up the ramps and dump over the side. When the pile gets too big you just lift the dump up with the tailgate closed, the whole pile of grass slides to the back. It's amazing how much compacting happens doing this.

For really small sites we use heavy tarps and a truck-mounted boom lift, or our crane truck. Spread the tarp, dump grass on tarp, tie corners together, sling whole bundle up onto back of truck and bind them down for the ride home.

BTW, we generate about 500 dump trucks worth of clippings per year.
