Does your subdivision have a name, recorded at the registry,<br>

I would notify my insurance company in writing and get an<br>
answer in writing. My wife and I built our first house in a <br>
recorded sub-division about ten houses on the lake. I plowed the road<br>
as I was in the plowing business. We also had a common beach area<br>
which brought up the subject of liability at one of our assc. meetings.<br>
Upon consulting with a lawyer it was recommended that anyone we hired<br>
(plowing, grading,cutting,etc had to provide proof of Commercial insurance.<br>
Murf hit the nail right on the head "shotgun litigation".<br>

It may be tough to prove any of the homeowners liable, but <br>
your property(clear Title) is clouded while any potential claims wait to get to court. Here in Maine I would dare say that would be 2-4 yrs.<br>
This is how it was explained to me by my "liar" I mean Lawyer. He is in the process of Incorporating my small construction business and taking my name off the deed.<br>

My intention was to shed a different light on Carfax.<br>
Some dealers really play it up,as if to say if it is not on the carfax it didn't happen.<br>
My view was impressed upon me by an in-law of an in-law at a family gathering. He was a rather good size car dealer in the area and we were talking trucks. His exact words"Carfax are a joke" I think there may be dealers who make a so called "clean repair" and stick it out on the lot with a clean carfax.<br>
Yes, the registration history is helpful, but I think it stops there. <br>

Hello, I will be looking at this 155D model with rototiller, box scraper, mower, bucket loader-
My question is does this have back hoe capability?
Is 15 horsepower enough?
Does Yanmar make this for this model? After market?????
Please help, it will make the difference on how serious I am going after it.

Now we are into Caddy Shack 3 territory. What happens if you get into an extensive network of tunnels, does the ground open up and swallow you up? A large woodchuck tunnel network could crack the foundation on the barn.

I did look at the second picture. Is the lower piece just a 3" plate? It appears to be in the picture. With out sides it will not have much strength. I would replace it with a piece of channel iron. I might also add a bottom plate to box it.<br>
A box with an angled front would deflect the next rock, but would be harder to make.<br>
Have you contacted Berlon directly with your displeasure? The dealer is not necessarily going to move it up the ladder.<br>

I there are a number of us that design our own equipment so I am certain we can come up with something that will prevent a reoccurance.

JD has an auto style cruise control option on many compacts with the eHydro tranny. It's actually a cheap option but I have no need for constant speed operation so didn't buy it.

I am looking for the best all around unit for new tilled lawn installs as well as lawn renovation (oversedding). The Woods is a ground driven unit and I wondered if it had as good of emergence of new grasses as the pto powered Landpride or Frontier brands. I am looking for the most bang for the bucks.

Have never used a quick hitch. On smaller tractor hooking just is not a problem for me(on level ground I can roll it by hand easy enough). On my larger tractor some of it's equipment width varies so a fix width quick hitch would not work. I also uses some equipment that needs the third arm to move that the 3 point quick hitches would not allow.

However, we just install the quick hitch ends on my brothers 70 to 80 HP Massey. To me they are the best option. They pin and bolt onto the end of your lift arm but do not affect the ability to adjust your arm spacing or alignment as each lift are is still fully free of the other. The only adjustment we could see that had to be made was to screw out the third are a little more and it does move the weight back about three inches so front end will be lighter with a very heavy cutter that tractor is used with (also reason for the quick hitch).

Ones like we used are sold by Northern Tool. They are sold others places also. But Northern's web site is easy to use.

The 2305 would do fine for what you describe, although if a backhoe is in your cards, you would have to go with an aftermarket one. One of the advantages of these tractors is their size. For light to medium loader work, they work great. Ballasting is important though.

mine started to do that a while back on the left side and the dealer siad he could sell me some shims but he himself likes to add a couple of small welding beads where the arms attach then grind it down to get it to fit. He said it seems to last better then the shims that you have to weld on anyways.

I think it is big enough, you are about the same size and weight as a Ford 8N. It should pull a regular sized set of disks. It should also pull a double bottom plow.
I don't know of any difficiencies in this machine. Some of these tractors show the design clues of the old internationals of this size and these were good machines.

Toolin, we purchased the blade at an auction, we think it is a blade that originally was actuated by the 3-pt. The hydraulic lift mechanism utilizes a link arm and bell crank. This simplified the float bracket on the lift. Although the FEL valve has float, we wanted the blade to float, and trip, at the mount.

You can't see the rest of the mount in the picture, but the blade pivot bracket is fabricated to put the plow impact directly through the front frame rails. The lift bell crank is under the tractor since the entire pivot assembly is in front of the tractor. Works out well for short frame tractors like the B-series. The rest of the sub-frame hangs from the mid-mount mower brackets, but takes no plow loading. It's all in the frame before then.
This type of mount has worked out well for us on several different applications. Keeps the hydraulics up and out of the way.

Most skidsteers can have different make engines installed quite easily. Most all four cylinder engines can be adapted to the hydros.

Zip, the problem is the paddle fan clearance. Is it a single auger unit, I hope. I'd sell a 76 or 78" for the right snow conditions with a L-3400.

Clay turns hard but still 72" at a minumim with extra inches being a plus. If 76 or 78 available you might find a better value for you if you have a lot to do.
