Anybody have experience with the DR Chipper/Vac? I, too, hate the task of picking up leaves and want to find the easy way out. We've mulched and vacummed with our Ariens rider but it still is alot. We cut about 2 cares with loads of trees around. I ordered the DR video and it sure looks promising.

Two row is the max that you should be playing with but a light four row from 30 years ago might also work.

Change the hydraulic oil and filters. For hydraulic system oil filter. Wix#57098 $29.00 and for H.S.T system Wix#51622 $11.00

I�ve recently upgraded from a B6100 to a B3030 w/cab. In the process two 20-year-old implements are surplus.<br>

The first is a Kubota snow blower model B-222A serial number 0513. It is a front mounted snow blower that will fit a B6100 or B7100 Kubota tractor. The PTO shaft between the blower and tractor would need to be replaced.<br>
<br>
The second is a Woods rotary mower model RM 48 YM serial no. 0005513. In the last couple of years it developed a belt eating habit ($70 each) and I never figured out why.<br>
<br>
Both of these are offered free-to-a-good-home FOB western Washtenaw County southeastern Michigan. Feel free to spread this posting around if you know of a good e-mail list or web posting that would be appropriate.<br>

Depending upon which model Kubota you have, it may be very simple to remove the bucket. I agree with Mark that this would be the prudent thing to do if it is not a PIA task, but I have seen many instances where welding was done and no precautions taken and all worked out fine.

I'm fitting a new seat on my wife's 1510D. The seat post had 2 6.0 x 1.00 hex bolts on a raised section of the base with fiber washers under the heads as if they attached something that needed to be insulated. Anybody got a clue what the something might have been?<br>

The machine is new, 10-15 hours on it, so everything should be good mechanically. The pump timing has not been checked though, good idea.

I checked with the regional Perkins distributor in Illinois, and no automatic control is available. They were surprised that Cub used a timer. The machine doesn't have a block heater, but we'll be putting one in.

An adjustable timer is certainly an option. Grainger has them for $65, but I was hesitant to buy one & wire it in without good reason.

I just used the 210 loader for the first time since I got it. I used it to dig up a 7 inch in diameter apple tree which was in the way of a house expansion. All I will say is it did a very good job, took like 15 minutes before the tree screamed uncle. I damn near flip the unit on it's side though, so I will be more careful in the future.

One important thing to remember is that the BX has a lousey design for he rear cooling fan for the hydro unit. If you do any type of high brush hogging you will get a stick up there and break a blade of the cheap plastic fan. It's a real PITA to fix!

Not sure if thr B is the same but the BX is not a good choice to brush hog with unless you make a skid plate.

Just my 3 cents worth. But I love my BX2200 and can do pretty much anything I want to with it.

I had a Wheel Horse witha 42" deck that I mowed with. I now have the B7610 with the 60" MMM and turfs.<br>

I have gotten more complements on the eveness of the cut with the Kubota than I ever got with the WH.<br>
<br>
The B7610 will go thru tall grass with no problem, the only thing is that with the extra weight I find that I prefer cutting when the lawn is really very dry, and since it cuts so much better than the WH I can wait until conditions are optimal. Faster better cut a real winner<br>

To answer the question about the car being driven without oil for about 30 minutes, I believe that was a product called "PROLONG". See if you can find that product anywhere now. I believe they millions of dollars in lawsuits against them and are out of business. There are other companies out there like that, such as Slick 50 which are also being sued and out of business. Do your own research, you'll find out.
